"New neighbors you say?...In our neighborhood?"

"Henrryyy!!? Henrryy!!??" Kate continued calling out for her brother.
"God, where the hell is he?" Kate sat down on the sidewalk and examined her shoes.
"What's this?" Kate felt under her shoe and grabbed the sheet of paper.
"Jackie Burrow...age 4...missing?" Kate felt bad for the child. Her eyes scammed the paper and came to a sudden stop. "3/16/09..." Kate's eyes widened. "He's been gone for so long and they still haven't found him?! How far could a 4 year old go!?" As Kate complained her eyes set on the picture of the young boy. His eyes were bright blue and filled with life.
"Dang.."
"Yo!"
Kate jumped up to her feet.
"Hey! Hey! It's just me!" Kate recognized that piercing voice.
"Henry!" She shouted. "You scared the crap out of me!" Kate began. "Matter of fact where were you!? I got tired of looking for you! Don't just walk off like tha--"
"Shhh!!!..." Henry went silent. His ears moved in the weird way they do and he began talking again.
"Do you hear that?..."
"Hear what weirdo?" Kate could feel herself already getting goosebumps.
"It sounds like..." Henry turned his head to the direction of the small forest up ahead. A light breeze came in, giving them both the chills.
"A kid..." Henry finished.
"Quit playing around!" Kate felt sick to her stomach.
"No I'm serious!" Henry crossed his arms. When the silence came in, Kate began to hear it too. It did sound like a kid. He or she was whining, but in the mixture of also giggling.
"Let's go check it out!!" Henry finally said, excited.
"What!? N..no way! We'll get lost! And mom won't be too happy if we get home late!"
"So what? Your point being?" Henry began his path to the forest. It was getting dark and Kate wasn't up to standing in the crowd alone. So she followed her brother.
