Author's Note

I know these are totally boring to read, so I'm gonna keep it short.

To anyone that read the book all the way through, read only a few chapters, or read one sentence: thank you. Thank you for giving my book a chance. Thank you for taking the time to read what I worked so hard on.

A special thank you to those who did complete the book, especially those who voted and commented. Seeing people interact with my work is my absolute favorite thing.

I started writing this book in August of 2016. It is now December 2017. From August 2016 - February 2017 I wrote regularly, completing the first 23 chapters or so. But anything beyond that has been completed in the last month.

The big gap can only be explained by my decline in mental health. I won't bore you with details, but around February 2017 I was in a dark place mentally. Writing this again has helped me get out of that funk.

Also, if there are plot holes or loose ties or if I forgot a plot point, it is most likely due to this gap. I apologize for that and please try to understand.
