A/n: I just wanted to say, I LOVE THIS SONG. It's a bit sad/"rock", but mostly mellow. I would LOVE to type the whole thing here, but you always have the choice of listening to it yourself.

Recap: I had walked through multiple hallways, taking twists and turns, eventually reaching the flight of stairs leading towards the roof. I hesitated to open the door. . .

Bon's POV

I hesitated to open the door, as I heard a lovely mellow tune. As I smiled, I realized Rin singing along with an acoustic guitar. I had place my hand on the doorknob, slowly twisting it. I smiled as I saw Rin sitting on the edge, his legs dangling over the side, strumming against the strings of the guitar. I loved the song he was singing. . .

~From the rubble, what do I see?~

~There's a whole damn army thinkin' that they're gonna harm me~

~Say goodnight, I'll never get free~

~Oh~

~I got troubles, They won't me be~

~But I won't get tired, set the town on fire~

~'Till my troubles got trouble with me~

"~When I go, o, oo, Into the g-~" "I didn't know you could sing, nor play the guitar." I smugly sat against the door frame, crossing my arms happily. "Y-Yeah. Normally I-I come up here when I'm distressed." We had both let a moment of silence fill the open air. I had walked closer to him, sitting next to him, as I also dangle my legs over the edge. "I can see why you like it up here" I exclaimed as I look up at the setting sky. The orange sky, surrounded by red, blue, pink, and many other colors mixing as it leads to a dark blue. "It's a lot better with somebody by my side. It's been awhile since I've felt that." He chuckled, which I didn't understand what was funny about it. It was quite sad to here that from someone like him. He was always the energetic leap, taking everything seriously, and trying to flirt to ladies. Now? He just sits around, moping most of the time.

"What the hell do you mean by that? You have plenty of friends, though they may not come up here, doesn't mean you don't. " I had started to grow angry. I was starting to dislike this "run-down, depressed" side of him. It just wasn't like him to act nor be this way. "Yeah right. Ha, very funny. Did the other classmates tell you to say that, or did you think of it all by yourself?" He sat his guitar down beside him, placing his hands on his lap, looking back at the night sky. "You may think that this is all one big joke, but it's not. I'm not kidding"

Rin scoffed. "Yeah, neither am I"  By now, all I had thoughts to think back to. "Why aren't you kidding? There's something you're not telling us. . ." I had heard my voice shimmer down to a melancholy one. As I looked over, I saw him sigh heavily. "You know what happened when I walked into the bathroom? I was recalling a nightmare that I've had previously the night you had found me. It was my father. Me, and dad, against Satan. That's why I want him gone." He had placed his arms behind him, looking up at the starling sky. I decided to look at the sky as well. The texture had almost completely changed from the previous time. The sky was covered in a dark blue, full with stars, and constellations. "What happened?" I had broke the silence, as I faintly smiled towards the open sky. "W-What?" I turned to face him, "What happened in the dream?"

After I had said it, I figured it probably wasn't the best thing to ask. I felt the tension rise as I heard a heavy exhale. "Well, I can't tell you exactly, considering that you probably don't know where it is, but, I used to grew up in a church, as well as Yukio. Technically, Satan would be my father, but I just don't see fit. Whom I consider my real father was Shiro Fujimoto, a paladin. One night after coming home from yet another failed job, I had gotten mad at him, and must've took his guard down because the following night, he was possessed by Satan. " He took yet another sigh, "Though that wasn't all that happened in the dream. After he was talking to a past me, he somehow got out of the memory, and started talking to me. How I should've gone through the gates of Gehenna. A moment later, Satan was still in Dad's body, talking to me. I-" I had lightly covered his mouth, I've heard enough.

"S-Sorry about that, I just, I couldn't bear to hear the rest, considering almost the same happening to my village. " I had placed my hand on the ledge, standing up, and jumping onto the safe part of the building. "Come on, let's go inside" I held my hand, kind of knowing he would take the nice gesture. He placed his slightly smaller hand in mine, as I watched him leap onto the platform. As he jumped, I saw his tail fly out, waging as he took a few steps closer. "Nice tail", I laughed a bit, obviously trying to break more of the silence. From what I saw, he had looked behind him, bluntly trying to hide it. "Wait, haven't you seen it once before?"

"I did, but it's really cute" My eyes stared open in shock. I face-palmed as I heavily blushed. "Aw, you think my tail is cute?" He happily exclaimed, wagging it faster, you could literally hear it. As I was thankfully he didn't take it the other way, I had lead him back down the stairs, and back to his room, where we had split off for the night. After I had reached my dorm, I had slid against the door, brushing my hand through my hair. "I have too tell him soon"

"Tell who, what?"
