Unexpected End of First Love

Chapter - 22 (Past 1)

Anu went outside to meet him. He was waiting for her at the entrance and waved her. She went to him and they hugged each other. He said, " I miss you, Mirus" ( means rare in Latin). She replied, " Me too Kishu.( Nanda Kishore)."

They went to nearby city in his car. They have talked to each other for some time. Anu told him about all the incidents happened in the camp. She was about to cry then he said, " Oh Mirus, you know something, I like you when you smile". Immediately, a curve formed on her face. "Don't you bother about all these I'm facing??". He replied, " If you want me to fight with anyone, I'm ready. But, I know it can't bring your happiness, so until I am with you, I will try my level best to keep your smile. If you want to sort out all this, I can help you. I will do whatever you want?" Anu was silent for sometime. Suddenly, she said, " I just want you to hold my hand, when they were shivering with fear and tension. I will fight my battles". He know what she meant. He side hugged her giving her assurance. He liked her individuality the most. A woman should believe in her abilities, shouldn't depend on man for everything, even emotionally. Though he prefer her to depend on him. They spent sometime with each other. He shared his all important issues with her. She felt so happy for him. It's getting dark outside. So, they thought to leave to her place.

They went to her residence and there he saw Surya at the entrance. Nandu kissed Anu on her forehead and said, " You are mine, Mirus and I'm all yours. Don't think much and be happy. I will be with you, whenever you want. Now I'm going and I will pick up you tomorrow evening. All the best for your speech tomorrow. If you want anything, I am just a call away. See you soon". That assurance and the feeling of longing was all she needed. She gave a smile to him. He waved her bye and left. Surya was boiled with anger just on seeing Nandu at that site. Now, he kissed her and made his anger to reach another level. He was hating Anu for allowing him to kiss her.

Without looking at Surya, she went to her room. There, Rami was waiting for her. She teased her asking about Kishu. She blushed and asked Rami to stop it. Rami didn't know that, Nandu and Kishu were same until Anu revealed it. She was beyond shock. How can it happen? He was opponent of Surya and she loved Surya once and there were so many doubts raised in her brain. She kept her palms on her face and asked, "Anu save me from this headache, I have a lot of questions for you, I think it will be better if I know everything clearly. So, please complete your past story?" She pleaded her. Anu laughed sarcastically and said, " Ok, but, you will regret it later". Rami asked, " Why so?" She replied showing much sarcasm," Because myne is the world's best Love story and you will get jealousy." Rami was blank with her answer. But she managed herself and again asked her. Anu started her flash back.

"Already, Surya told you how we met, so I'm skipping that."

"At that time, Naren used to suggest me make some other friends. But, I always neglected him because all the people were seemed to be so much different from me. I can't cope up with them. So I dropped that idea. But, I got a good opinion about Surya because he saved Naren without even asking. At that time I don't know he was Arjun's brother. On another hand, Nandana became my headache, she was on mission to change me, modify me, scolding me and whatever. I always hide from her and whenever there are chances of our meeting, I escape from her. I don't hate her, I don't like her either.

We have to tell seminars about some topic in every subject. But, I used to skip because of a lot of stage fear. I loose marks, my rank goes down but I never tried even to attempt.

One day, when I'm alone in the classroom, Nandana dragged me to canteen, the last place I wish to go. Surya, Kittu and some other guys whom I merely know were there. At another table, Nandakishore also there and he was staring at me. He suddenly stood up and started walking towards me. This gonna be a bad day for me. I wish to run away from here.
