It is almost intoxicating. I don't really know how to explain it to you. There's something about those warm brown eyes, it keeps me locked in. It's as if I'm frozen in place, every time he looks my way.
Those eyes, they hold something far deeper th...
I walked silently behind Nari and Jina as they spoke about BTS and their bias. I pulled out my phone when I heard the familiar sound of my ringtone. I picked it up without checking the caller ID.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hello, dear." My mom answered.
"Mom, why are you calling? Is there something wrong?" I asked quickly. My nerves increasing.
"No, dear, nothing's wrong. I just need you to come down to the office and fetch something from me and then you can go back to hanging out with your friends." My mom laughed softly.
"Oh, okay. Give me 5 minutes. I'll see you now." I said and hung up.
Nari turned to face and said, "We'll meet you at the park." I nodded and turned left and ran toward my mom's office. My mom was the CEO of a real-estate company. I don't see very much of her since she's always working.
I smiled as I walked through the front door, and greeted the lady behind the desk. I walked down the corridor until I came to a stop at my mom's office door. I lifted my hand and knocked softly on the oak door. A soft "Come In" was heard and I pushed the door open.
My mom sat behind her desk with paper scattered all over her wooden desk. I walked toward her desk and she looked up at me and smiled softly before reaching for something in her desk drawer.
She took a small pouch out of her desk drawer and handed it to me. "This is the gift your father left for your 19th birthday. He would've wanted me to give it to you now. Always remember I love you, I may not be around much lately, but I really do love you."
I smiled at her softly, before saying, "You don't need to worry, mom. I understand. And I Love You too. I have to go and meet the crazy girls at the park now ill speak to you later."
She smiled and laughed softly before nodding indicating that I could leave. I still had the pouch in my hand. I opened it once I was outside. Inside was a beautiful necklace.

I smiled and locked it around my neck before heading to the park.
