A Dream Come True (Completed)

the rude awakening

A few hours later I woke up by my phone buzzing I check it, nothing but a notification for a free chest.

I look over at Evan but he's gone "where did he go?" I whisper and get up, I run a hand through my hair to look somewhat presentable.

I look through the house then move to the second floor "Evan!" I call look in my room.

My eyes widen when I seen Evan moved himself to my bed, I set on the corner hoping not to wake him.

Suddenly he gets up quickly and grabs me "hey!" I say laughing "got you" he says as he pulls me closer to him.

"How can you even look at me" I ask, ashamed "well for one your beautiful" he says in my hair "no i'm not" I mutter.

I felt my phone buzz so I took it out of my pocket and seen Nikki wrote

Nikki: just got back from the hospital

Me: everything ok?

Nikki: fine just got strep throat and the stomach bug

Me: hope you get better soon

Nikki: thanks

Me: just tell me if you need anything

Nikki: alright, will do

Once our conversation was over I put my phone up and texted Evan. Even though he was right behind me I wrote a quick hey and smiled.

I heard him grunt as he pulled his phone out then laughed "seriously Lexi?" He asked and put his phone in my face.

I decided to play music and hit perfect by Ed Sheeran, I started singing soon Evan starting singing along.

I got up and ran downstairs to hide "hey, come back!" He called then soon followed me.

I decided to hide between the fridge and the wall, staying silent I saw Evan pass by a couple of times before I decided to jump out from my hiding spot and scare him.

He yelled then ran after me "come back here" he said as he tackled me and fell on the couch.

After getting tickled and getting calmed down, mom walked through the door "hey kiddos" she said in a soothing tone.

"Hey mom" I say "hey Ms. Steller" Evan says smiling his crooked smile.

"What you kids been up to" mom asked putting her things down "hide and seek, tickle tag, music" I say laughing thinking about what we did.

"Sounds like fun" she said smiling and then headed to her office/ room. "so what now?" Evan asked "your staying here tonight" I say not asking "alright but ill need to get some clothes" he says then walks to the door. 

When Evan was out the door I ran to my room and flopped down on my bed, smiling like a dork "hes back after a month" I say.

I soon fell asleep waiting on Evan to get back, when I was woke up by someone jumping on my bed.
