A Dream Come True (Completed)

  I woke up and seen Evan had already gotten up and I rushed to get dressed in my black hoodie, jeans, beanie, and high tops. I pull my hair up when I feel arms wrap around my waist "hey" Evan cooed in my ear.

I put my hood up and turn around "good morning" I say wrapping him in a tight hug, he hugged me tighter and felt as if my ribs would crack "Evan...cant.... breathe" I say barely.

He loosens the hug but keeps hands on my back "you ready?" Evan asked when I escape his grasp and grab my backpack "ready" I ask and head downstairs. Evan followed shortly after, mom was already gone to work so when he was out I locked the door with my key and went to the curb.

When the bus arrived we climbed on and sat on an empty seat, I was next to the window while Evan sat on the edge. I leaned my back on the wall and plugged my buds in, I was stopped when Evan kissed me "gross" I heard someone in the next seat say.

"Dont worry about them, their just jealous" Evan says next to my ear "I know" I say smiling. When kids around us started singing about us we let the distance between us increase "listen to you annoying kids who are singing, why dont you just leave us alone" I say getting aggrivated. "Lexi, calm down" Evan says as I set back down "fine" I grumble.

When we got to the school we were the last ones off the bus, Evan followed me holding my hand we had half hour until class started. "We need to find Nikki" I say when we're off the bus when suddenly I hear a scream of happiness and here came Nikki running towards us.

"You two are so cute holding hands" Nikki says gushing, Evan wrapped his arm around my shoulders "we're dating" he says calmly. "Lexi didnt you say you fell for him that month he was gone" Nikki says smiling huge "stop talking" I mutter "you said that you liked him the moment you laid eyes on him" she gushed some more.

My face heated up and I glared at Nikki with the stop embarrassing me glare, she must've caught on cause she stopped talking. The rest of the day went by slowly when my phone buzzed.

Evan: another sleep over?

Me: sure

Evan: ok

Me: shouldnt you make sure its ok with your mom first

Evan: she doesnt care

Me: alrighty see you after class

Evan: see you

I put my phone up when Im pinned up against the wall by some group of guys "leave me alone" I say calmly "ha theres a low chance of that" one of them says he has pitch black hair and green eyes. "Let her go now!" familiar voices yell, Evan and Nikki stood behind the guys.

Nikki kicked the legs from underneath the guy holding me up, we sprinted outside and hoped on the bus "thanks" I whisper.
