((This ones gonna be short, k? Short, like, like Richie's dick short.))

        I swung my bat onto the clowns head as hard as I possibly could. Everyone cheered behind me. I hit the clown over. And over. And over. And over. The whole time, it was backing up to the well, the whole time, I was repeating the same two words.

    "You suck, you suck, you suck, you suck, you suck!!" I took one last blow and stepped back, as the clown pushed its back against the well. This time, it was the scared one. Everyone soon walked up beside me, and we all glared down at the clown. It was shaking wildly, making loud, scream-like noises. It took a huge inhale. Bill walked up next to me, his expression so angry you could practically see steam coming out of his ears. I wasn't far from that either. The clown looked up at both of us, and started to laugh, slowly turning into what looked like crying.

     "That's why you didn't kill Beverly." I said. "She wasn't afraid of you." I spat at it, scowling. Bill took a step closer to the clown, looking down at it as it if were a huge lump of dog shit on his front porch.

     "And we aren't either." He growled. "Not anymore....now you're the one that's afraid." He said, his expression just getting more and more disgusted. He took a step even closer. "Because you're gonna starve." He snapped, venom dripping from his words. The clown twitched, and flung itself into the well, grabbing onto the edge, helplessly trying to keep itself up. I wanted to whack its ugly little head in myself, but I knew Bill needed it more than me. I walked up next to Bill, and handed him my bat, winking playfully. He sent me a tiny smile, which disappeared in a matter of seconds as he held up the bat. The clown fell a bit more, and it's skull started to break apart. Particles of its head floated up, as it uttered one last thing before plunging itself into the void of darkness below it.

   "Fear."

       We watched it fall. None of us reacting. We were numb. We were tired. We had seen enough.

     "I know what I'm doing for my Summer Experience Essay..." Richie muttered. I snorted.

    "Ditto."

       Bill slowly turned to me. I turned towards his direction, about to ask him what was up, when he suddenly threw his arms around me, making me stumble back a bit. It took me a little to process the situation, but then I slowly put my arms around him. It was over. It was finally over. I buried my nose in Bill's shoulder, taking in his scent, and just about everything else. He sniffled lightly, and I rubbed his back. I heard Eddie let out a shaky breath from behind us.

"Hey guys....." he whispered. Everyone followed his gaze, looking up. Bill and I pulled away from each other, and looked up as well. "The kids are floating down." Eddie said. I gasped softly. We all watched the kids for a couple minutes, until I heard soft sniffles from in front of me. I looked for where they were coming from, and nearly let my heart break again. Bill was on his knees, his face buried in Georgie's raincoat, crying softly. I had no hesitation to rush over, kneel behind him, and hug his back, snuggling my face into his back. The others soon joined, which made Bill cry even harder, to the point where he was screaming. I started to cry also. Hey, I never let anyone cry alone. We sat there for awhile. We all needed to heal. I was hugging Bill, Beverly was hugging me, Ben was hugging Beverly, Eddie had his hand on Bill's shoulder, with Richie on his other shoulder, one of their arms wrapped around each other, mike patting my head softly, and Stan in front of Bill, technically hugging us both. And soon everyone went closer, all of us hugging all of us. It was so nice. We were all together. And we weren't screaming.
~~~~~~~~~Hey I haven't used this transition thingy in awhile lmao~~~~~~~
Walking out of the Well was awkward to say the least. We were silent. All of us. Even Richie, for once. Bill and I stood close. So close out shoulders were softly rubbing against each other. We glanced at each other every now and then, just to both get really flustered and look away. Richie, seeing this, finally opened his huge ass mouth.
"WELL WHY DONT YOU TWO JUST SHOVE YOUR TONGUES DOWN EACH OTHERS THROATS, HUH?! JESUS CHRIST, WE HAVE TIME IF YOU TWO JUST WANNA STEAM UP THE DAMN PLACE, JUST REMEMBER, I HAVE TO BE HOME BY NINE!!" He waved his arms in the air dramatically. Bill turned the shade of a tomato, me going more for a fire engine.
"What the f-f-f-fuck, r-r-Richie?!" Bill yelled, his eyes wide. I looked down, fiddling with my hands. Richie definitely didn't make the situation any easier.
"What?!" Richie said, putting his hands up in defense. Bill and I made eye contact, stared at each other for awhile, and both busted out laughing. Soon the rest of the group joined in.
Yeah, we were losers.
But we were damn good at it.
(((Okay yeah this wasn't that short but whatEVER))
