Throughout the flight I only had a few thoughts in mind. Will I live? Why do I have such a big mouth? Will the Cullens be punished?

Soon with all these thoughts I fell asleep.

I don't know how long I was asleep but I just know that it was long enough for us to reach Volterra in Italy.

I was woken up by a cold feeling on my shoulder and a quite voice. "Wake up, human." It was so quite I wouldn't have heard it normally but as of now the fear or rather the nervousness had enhanced my senses and of course the ice cold hand.

"Are you planning to just sit there?" Said the same voice harshly. But then again the vampires obviously don't go treating their meals on chocolate.

I got up and went to get my bags. When Alec spoke up for the third time.

"Felix has taken them. We didn't have time for you to do it leisurely in your pathetic human pace." He said.

I nodded and went down. I had no idea why he was acting like that he was nice enough earlier.

"Don't mind him." Said Heidi. "He is just wondering how his twin will react. He is more or less stressed." Then she added, " He and his sister had a rough human life. Humans aren't their favourite." Seeing my confused face.

I nodded in understanding.

The car ride was full of Felix's jokes. Heidi was doing her nails. Demetri was sitting quietly.

Alec was just sitting thinking about something in the front seat.

When we reached the castle my mind went numb for a while. I had know idea what was happening.

Next thing I know am in a room. A throne room– the throne room. Judging by the thrones. There are three thrones.

All three empty. At the moment.

Then every thing happened quickly. Two thrones on the sides were now occupied and an almost translucent vampire with ruby red eyes and long hair was in front of me.

He put his hand forward. "May I?" Ah! So this was Aro Volturi. Carlisle told me this is the normal greeting. I put my hand in his. I didn't have much of a choice.

"Interesting." He said. I raised my eyebrow. "I can read her mind." He announced to the whole room. Ok the dude had lost it.

Everyone was apparently thinking along the same lines. "Aro it is your gift." The blonde vampire on the throne said. Caius if I am not wrong. He sounded like was talking to a mentally retarded baby. "You can read everybody's mind. You know just like –" 

Aro cut him off. "I know but her mind is in puzzles. All I get is numbers and Riddles."

Caius now directly addressed me. "Look human you shall not dare lie to us. Tell us how did you find out about our kind."

Alec and Heidi said something. Unlike the Cullens they kept their speed very fast and voice very soft.

Then Aro asked Alec to show me my room. It was quite all the way. Alec left me in the room. And I just sat on the bed, thinking about everything.
