Chapter Four

OK so heres a little flash back scene from Nathans pov enjoy :)

June 7th 1964.

Nathan and Kent waited until the sun went down and climbed into the horse and carriage 

" Take us into town please Harper" Nathan spoke to the man driving the carriage

" Yes sir" Harper replied and the carriage began to move.

After a while they arrived at the bar and stepped out of the carriage in there best suit finery

" Thank you Harper" that will be all.

" Yes sir" Harper replied 

and the carriage pulled away.

" Nathan James Greyson and Kent greyson " A voice spoke and Nathan and Kent turned to face the women in front of them.

" Pearl" Nathan replied a smile taking over his face.

" Well come on are you coming in " Pearl spoke and giggled whilst running into the bar her long dress flowing behind her.

Nathan looked at Kent and playfully punched him in the arm before following Pearl into the old bar.

They entered the bar and it was dark and smokey and there was men playing cards and smoking roll up cigarettes dressed in there best finery.

" Two whiskey Bourbons" Kent asked of the bartender

" Make that three" Pearl chipped in with a smile.

" my my it is not like a lady to drink such a mans drink " Kent replied.

" This lady has had 5 different corset fittings today I have earned a drink" Pearl replied picking up the drink.

Nathan just watched taking in Pearls beauty the brown hair that fell into perfect brown curls.

" Mr Greyson would you say it is inn-proper for a lady to drink bourbon" Pearl said giggling as she spoke.

" Absolutely but is that not what first attracted me to you" Replied Nathan making Pearl blush and giggle.

" Hi so for the drink that will be " The bartender started but Nathan compelled

" Free" He replied using compulsion on the bartender

Pearl giggled " Mr Greyson compelling this poor sweet innocent man " She replied giggling

Nathans lips quirked up into a smile and he moved at Vampire speed next to Pearl with a big smile taking over his face.

" Kiss me " He tried to compell Pearl and she just giggled

" No compulsion Mr Greyson I'm full of vervain you must ask a lady properly" Pearl giggled 

Nathan got down on one knee.

" Lady Pearl could I steal a kiss" Nathan beamed looking up at lady Pearl love in his eyes

" You may" She replied and they kissed.

The next day.....

Kent and Nathan was at there home and Nathan was been fitted for a expensive suit by the servants and Kent began to speak.

" I hope you know what you are doing Nathan with Lady Pearl after all I wouldn't want to see my brother hurt " Kent spoke his voice concerned.

" Of course I know I like Lady Pearl she is different from other humans she knows what I am and she accepts that of me " Nathan replied while looking in the mirror at his suit.
