Rainy days in math

Lydia POV:
I managed through all my 4 periods, but my body was still aching. "Just one more period and I'm off to lunch where I can finally rest," I said to myself. I walked into my math class and took my seat. Just as the bell ringed, Stiles ran into the classroom.
Stiles POV:
I ran into math class and the whole class stared at me. I hate when that happens. Coach Finstock pulled me aside during passing period to tell me that practice was cancelled because the grass was wet (it rained during 2nd period and still is raining now). Then he started talking about how we shouldn't wear ripped jeans to school and how Greenberg had been pissing him off this season. (The usual.) After he finished talking, it only left me a minute to get to math and that's where we are now. I went to my seat.
"Cutting it close Stillinkski," said my teacher.
"Huh? Oh yeah" I said with a fake laugh. I looked to my right and there she was. Lydia. Man I should have said sorry. I guess I was just caught up in the moment and forgot to. I mean she did fall pretty hard. Oh well. I turned back to the board.

Lydia POV:
"Stiles. Stiles. Stiles," that's all I ever hear my math teacher say. I mean why can't you call on me to answer? The favoritism is real. It's kind of funny actually. Whenever Stiles gets called on in math, he always gets the answer right, literally all the time. In science, he's the complete opposite. He never volunteers and just messes with his friends. I wonder if that has to do with the fact that he is good at math, not science or if he just acts differently when he's around his friends.
"RINGGGGGGGG"
"Finally," I said in my head. I packed up and headed to lunch to meet Kira.
