To all my dear fans and people reading, i wanted to tell you the story of what alex was like and how she impacted all of our lives for the better even though she is gone i know she would be glad to see me writing this to help others along the way. She pushed me to be a writer and the women i am today. For my name isn't may adam smith.
" aunt alex " emily yelled while running to alex's grave
It's been 10 years since alex passing and today was her birthday, so why not visit her grave with my husband and daughter emily which was my mother's name.
" did you guys forget us "
I turn around and see tyler and levi walking to alex's grave with there son alex. Which i think is sweet that they name their son after her, but what is really sad is that raven left for college up in Ohio and never came back because she has always hated this little town and secretly hated us as well.
" so did you make her favorite cake this year " levi laughed
" hey shut it at least i didn't drop it getting out of car last year " i say
We all start to laugh our asses off
" you know what she would say if she was alive " tyler said
" what " i say with emily in my lab
" now now i can't believe you dropped my birthday cake now i'm going to have to lick it off the floor " tyler says while mocking alex voice
Trust me it was funny as hell and i could see her saying that no joke. I miss her so much really wish she was here, but i know she is looking down on us seeing how we have grown and laughing at our jokes. Damn i just wish i could see her one last time. God if you are listening i really want to see alex's angle. I'm waiting....... thought so
" mom can you tell me what aunt alex was like " emily asked
" oh please aunt may please " alex said
" okay, okay i will tell you " i say
" yayyy " both of them screamed
" but you have to hush so i can tell you about her " i say to the kids
" sorry " both of them said
" alright find a good spot to lay down " i say
The kids laid their heads on the blankets and after i was done with the story telling, both kids were sound asleep and it started to get dark.
" do you want me to get the lantern out of the car so we can have cake and beer " i say
" yes please thank you " levi says in a girly voice
I go get the lantern and turn it on so we can see to cut and eat and drink. We talked for hours and didn't leave until 10pm
" hey kiddos say goodnight to your aunt alex and we will see her next month for thanksgivings "
" goodnight aunt alex " they both said sleeply
" see you again my friend " i say touching her head stone
" we will never forget you " levi and tyler said
We walked to our cars we give each other's hugs and get in our cars and drive away from our friend but even though were far part we all have the same heart. This is the end of the story of how a friend can walk in and walk right out of your life just like that. Goodbye everyone and to all a safe and unharmful night.
