I'm picking Lauren up then we are headed to the hotel to get dressed for the CMAs. We get to the hotel and she goes in one direction and I go the other, after we finish getting ready we meet up and make out way down to the limo. When we pull up I squeeze her hand and get out, I wave before I reach my hand out and help her out. We take pictures and do a couple of interviews before we go in. The show starts and a few people perform and a couple of awards are announced, I kiss her cheek before I get up to go get ready to perform. After I perform they announce the winner for new artist of the Year, Lauren lost but still was happy to be nominated. I make my way back out to her and they present the rest of the awards before they announce the entertainer of the year. Garth Brooks!! They say and we all clap. Once the show is over we go back to the hotel and get in the truck to head back to my house where she has been staying a lot. Tonight has been a good night in all. We got to make our red carpet debut as a couple and see some of our friends we ain't seen in a while.
