Lucas

"Help! Help! Help!" I wake up to the sounding of screaming, but the voice doesn't fit Peter's. I look at him, who remains unconscious next to me, his breathing is weak, but he's alive. For
Now, it's all I can do. I look around, there's a teenage girl covered in destroyed rags lays on the floor. She's not seriously injured but she remains standing there screaming.
"Hey! Climb! Climb!" I yell, she looks at me, her eyes reveal a complete fear.
"I... I can't! Help' help! Help!" She closes her eyes screaming with more strength, as her body shakes uncontrollably.
I sign, there's not much I can do. If I come down, there's a chance another wave will come, but if I don't Peter nor this little girl will have a chance of survival.
I slowly climb down, if I die, I will die helping someone. That's the virtue you can never let go, no matter the circumstances. That's what my mother taught me.
"My name is Lucas. Lucas Bennett. What's yours?"
"Lily, Lilly Anderson."
"Don't worry Lilly, I'm here now. We're here now." I slowly walk towards her, making sure she doesn't runs away.
"No! No! No! I'm going to die! Help! Where's my family?" She pushes me off, and I lean back.
"We'll find them, but you need to calm down first."
"But.. But.." She's in shock, I place my hand in her shoulder.
"Calm down." I say, and hug her tight someway transmitting my warmness to her. "Okay, now?"
"Yeah..." She stutters, and directs her sight to the three with Peter in it.
"W-who is that?"
"Peter. My son." I say and she smiles weakly. "Can you help me? We need to fin a hospital or something."
"S-s-sure." She says, and with the two of us we managed to get Peter off the three, I carry him on my back and we walk slowly.
"It happened so so quickly. I was with my mom and suddenly, it just came. I only felt pain on my body and when I woke up another one was waiting for me. I was so scared." She says, stuttering, she's been repeating and repeating over and over again her experience. "I didn't know what to do. I just walked, there were so many people. No one could help me, and I-I- was alone." I sign, looking in front. There's no sign of reaching a hospital, and it doesn't seem like Peter can make it any longer.
