The skies clouded up and began to darken. Rain started patter down on the six boys as they approached the cinema. Suddenly, there was a bright flash and Tweek jumped up, squeezing Craig's hand with all his might.
"A-ah sorry, sorry!" He said in a panicked voice.
"Haha, it's ok Tweekie, I know you don't like thunderstorms." He replied nonchalantly, without a care or worry in the world. "We'll be out of the storm soon, I promise."
As the boys approached the Cinema, they were greeted by a grey shutter covering the ticket booth. None of the lights were on and the doors locked shut. It was closed.
"Aw, what the shit!?" Yelled Cartman, banging on the ticket booth window. "This is bullshit man!"
Another bright flash struck and there was a distant loud thunder clap. The rain turned from a light smatter to a heavy downpour, drenching the boys.
"What the hell are we gonna do now?" Kyle asked with a concerned voice. "Nice going fatass!"
"Man this sucks ass Cartman, great idea of yours. We can't go back to school now because we'll get in the shit with PC Principle!" Stan chipped in. He was always one to support Kyles opinion. Wonder why that could be. The rain only got heavier and heavier, and the thunder got more and more frequent with each passing minute.
"Gah! We need to get outta here Craig!" Tweek worried. "We're gonna get hit by lighting, oh god oh god!" He pulled at his hair with his free hand, his other hang gripping Craig's. By now, each boys clothes were gripping to their skin, and the cold started to set in. Almost simultaneously, they started shivering as they got assaulted by the weather. They had to get to cover soon, or the pay would end up with hypothermia or something of the sort. They boys ran towards the neighbouring coffee shop, Tweek Coffee.
"Aw no way guys! My dad will kill me for skipping school!" Tweek said as the boys grew closer to the door.
"Too bad, so sad!" Stan said as he rolled his eyes and entered the café. Instantly, the boys were hit by the pleasing aroma of fresh coffee. It was a comforting smell, like a caring mother enveloping them in a loving hug, soothing them after the rain had abused them so. Mr Tweek was nowhere to be seen, however, so the boys took the opportunity to sneak upstairs to Tweek's apartment above the shop.
