Chapter 3

I didn't know what to do I feel bad for him but at the same time I don't, because Chance is right a lot of people that liked him always told me that he was a play and talked to every girl so I tried not to get my hopes up. But I think i'm going to at least say hi to him because its been really awkward lately, so I open my door and walk over to him.
Tessa: hey
Anthony: oh hey
Tessa: you ok
Anthony: Why is everyone asking that?!
Tessa: Because we care about you Anthony
Anthony: Sure doesn't feel like it
Tessa: i'm sorry
Anthony: Its not your fault, its mine...
Tessa: no its not
Anthony: Yes it is I made you feel like I didn't like you because I never seemed like I wanted to text you but little did you know I constantly wanted to text you...
Tessa: Then why didn't you?
Anthony: Because I knew I never had a chance
Tessa: you've always had a chance
Anthony: I don't anymore
Tessa: If you wanted me bad enough you would have me
I got up and started to walk away
Anthony: Whatever Tessa I don't know what I ever did to you!
Tessa: You never talked to me and you made me feel like I was never good enough for you! I've always liked you but when I finally realized that I never had a chance and everyone told me how much of a player you are I just gave up on us ever being a thing.
I ran to mine and Erika's room and slammed the door waking Erika up.
Erika: I'm sorry T
Tessa: You heard everything didn't you
Erika: I'm pretty sure the whole house did
I then started to cry
Tessa: He's such an idiot
Erika:I know
Then we heard someone running down the stairs and Erika's door open. It was Chance, he ran in and hugged me I cried even harder into his chest. Then Erika walked upstairs into another room and didn't come back down.
Chance: You ok?
Tessa: I don't know, its just I like both of yall but I feel that if I pick one of you i'll hurt the other
Chance: What ever choice you make I will be ok with it
Tessa: your just saying th-
Chance cuts me off by kissing me is was amazing, soon after we started making out and then we feel asleep with me laying on his chest.

The next morning

I woke you on Chance's chest, I had to take a shower so I slowly got up without waking him up. I got in the shower and when I got out Chance was no longer in my room so I proceeded to blow dry, flat iron, and do some makeup. When I finished I went to the kitchen and fixed me some breakfast and then Anthony walked in.

Tessa: Hey Anthony
Anthony: hey
Tessa: I'm cooking some pancakes, you want any?
Anthony: sure
We sat there is pure silence, it was very awkward until both mine and Anthony's phone gets a notification from Anthony's Grandmother that read

Hey so we are going to have a little trip to the mountains for mine and your grandfathers honey moon and we thought we should invite whole family, and yes I under stand that Tessa and her family are not blood relatives but I consider them family. The trip will be in two days I rented a big bus for everyone to ride in because who doesn't like road tips, the vacation will last 3 days because the littles have to go to school. Hope ya'll will be able to make it!

After I read this I looked over at Anthony who's expression I could not make out.
Tessa: So are you excited
Anthony: I was
Tessa: What do you mean
Anthony: I mean I was excited until I realized you had to go
Tessa: what is wrong with you!
Anthony: Dang it Tessa I love you ok?!
Tessa: I love you too!
I didn't mean to say it but as it came out Chance had walked in but as soon as he heard me say it he walked right back up stairs
Tessa: I- I uh gotta go
I ran upstairs into Chance and Anthony's room
Tessa: Chance can I talk to you
Chance: yea
Tessa: I'm really sorry I didn't mean to say it really
Chance: It's ok
Tessa: I'm such an awful person
Chance: no your not I totally am ok if you pick Anthony over me, like I said last night who ever you choose I will be ok with
Tessa: Ok i'm glad you ok
I walked out of the room and into mine and started to pack so I could get it over with. I packed everything from nice cloths to comfy cloths. Then Erika walks in.
Erika: Already leaving
Tessa: Just for like 4 days I have a family thing
Erika: which side
Tessa: Neither
Erika: So Anthony's
Tessa: yea
Erika: isn't that going to awkward
Tessa: I mean kinda, we kinda said we loved each other
Erika: Omg what, how does Chance feel about this?!
Tessa: He said he was ok and I know I don't know why I said it tho
Erika: Maybe it's because you mean't it
Tessa: maybe
Erika: Maybe?! You definitely like him a lot, you used to always text me about how cute you thought he was and how ya'll would talk each others ears off during family events
Tessa: You're right but ever since the wedding its just, i don't know, he's not the same happy Anthony I loved to talk to constantly.
