Chapter 24

Anthony: If you know this is wrong then why do you keep doing it
Tessa: because Anthony, I can't live without you. I love you not Tristan I convinced myself so much the I thought I actually loved him but I don't I love you so much and I can't spend another day knowing your not mine I just can't.
Anthony: Well until you figure things out with Tristan we can do this
Tessa: okay
Anthony: know let's go before Jake thinks so things wrong
Tessa: okay
I walked downstairs and a few minutes later Anthony came down the stairs
Jake: Finally took you long enough
Anthony: Sorry I couldn't find my swim trunks
Jake: mhm well let's get this car wash started
We started filming the video and we washed cars. As I walked around the car I would catch Anthony staring and then he would catch me doing the same and after a few hours we were done which meant I had to go home. So I went a got changed and went downstairs.
Tessa: Hey Jake do you know where my phone is
Jake: it's on the couch
Tessa: okay thanks
I went and grabbed my phone I had 10 missed calls from Tristan and 54 texts from him I chose to just ignore them and hang out for a while before I left
Jake: Hey T the team was thinking about going out for dinner you wanna come
Tessa: Yeah why not I just need to get ready
Jake: aren't you gonna see if it's okay with Tristan
Tessa: oh yeah.... I do need to do the don't I
Jake: Tessa don't act like that you knew you needed too
Tessa: ....
Jake: you can talk to me you know that right
Tessa: Come on I'll tell you
We walked to the office and locked the door
Tessa: I want to get a divorce with Tristan
Jake: but y'all just got married
Tessa: I know
Jake: you can't just leave him Tessa he loves you so much
Tessa: Jake I know this
Jakes slowly started to raise his voice
Jake: he's good for you Tessa you deserve him and you just leaving him is wrong he has changed so much for you and you just want to leave him
Then we started yelling
Tessa: Do you not think I know this. I thought I loved him but I don't I spent 2 years trying to convince myself that he was the one when he wasn't! He was never the one and never will be the one! The guy that I'm supposed to be with is trying to act like I don't exist, Jake I can't have the love of my life leave me again I already had to live 2 years without him I can't do it anymore I just can't

Tessa's POV:
I broke down in tears and had my head in my hands soon Jake was hugging me after a few minutes we walked out of the office to see everyone from Team 10 outside the door I looked over to see Anthony in tears so I run into his arms as we are hugging I look out the front door and see a very familiar car. It was Tristan's oh no he heard everything. Then I looked around at everyone else they were all speechless so I knew he had heard everything. I then got out of Anthony's grip and ran to the car and drove to mine and Tristan's house with tears streaming down my face. As I am driving down the road I notice a car wreak and I start freaking out because I can't make out the vehicle so I keep driving home when I get a phone call.

?: Hello is this Tessa Tales
Tessa: This is she
?: well you husband has been in a wreck and I sin the hospital
Tessa: okay....
I dropped my phone and drove to the hospital and then I ran into the emergency room
Tessa: Where's my husband
Nurse: Tristan?
Tessa: yes
Nurse he is currently in surgery so you can't see him right now

I then sat down and called Jake because Anthony blocked my number

Jake: Tessa
Tessa: ....Tristan...wreck....hospital....
That's all I could make out through me crying
Jake: okay we're coming

Not long after the call they came busting through the door and I got up and ran to Jake and just fell in his arms as I'm sobbing

Jake: shhh it's going to be okay
Tessa: it's all my fault
Jake: no it's not
Tessa: yes it is if he dies then the last thing he's going to remember is me saying I don't love him anymore
I just kept sobbing and Jake brought us to the chair and cried I then finally got out of his grip and noticed Anthony was there causing em cry even more but this time he grabbed me and I cried into his arms until the doctor came out.

Doctor: Tristan Tales
We all stood up and ran over
Doctor: I have some bad news...
