Ok now lets get down to business.

First of all, it does get better . It may not seem like it at the moment in time, but believe me it will.

Next , you ARE a BEAUTIFUL person. Don't let the bullies or whoever is hurting emotionally, mentally, or physically bring you down. they are just jealous because you have something they don't it may be smarts, looks, your body , or maybe even the way you talk. heck even your fashion choice.

I may not know why your sad...... maybe a bad day. Maybe you were cheated on or just got out of a relationship, or lost a loved one. Maybe your like that all the time.

Whatever the cause is, with time you will get better.

I'm not asking you to forget , that's worst than what your going through, but I'm asking you to remember.

Remember all the good times you had. maybe with a certain person.

Remember all the good times you had. even the bad ones, because the past made who you are today not the future not the present, the past.

The past can't be changed, forgotten,edited,erased, or even wiped out. It can only be embraced. You don't have to love yourself but learn to accept yourself.

The world would change without you and your personality,smile,laughter, and all of you in general.

Hey guys I wrote this because I speak from experience. I also have been getting messages from people saying they are/were bullied so I made this. I just didn't get time to post it i was bullied since 3rd grade/year 3 and I'm in 7th now but supposed to be in 8th I get bullied over my weight,hight and so much more. because of that I have anxiety and distimia a type of depression it's not cool if your bulling someone take it from someone who has been her/him whole life not just me but other people as well
