14 - The Kiss

Chapter 14

Your POV

I started weeping once I finished telling Logan, he pulled me into his chest. His around around me tightly.

"It makes me feel that every guy is the same that they'll leave me just because I don't want to give in to something I'm not ready for." I managed to sob out. 

　 

"I know what you mean, Chelsea did the same thing to me. That guy's a jerk he didn't deserve you. You did the right thing to break up with him." he said he continued to hug me. I pulled away I looked into his brown eyes and I kissed him. He kissed me back, this time I didn't pull away. I knew Logan was different and that he wouldn't hurt me like Chris did, maybe he was the one? We continued to kiss and I gently bit his lower lip. My hand was on his jaw and his were on my shoulder. He pulled away but not in a mean way, he looked into my eyes.

"What was that for?" he asked curiously.

"It was a test." I smiled sweetly at him.

"Did I pass?"

I kissed him again.

"I'll take that as a yes."

I laughed when he said that.

"Thanks, I think I might reconsider my belief that not all guys are the same. Thanks Logan." I hugged him again.

"You're welcome."

I heard the door open and it was Kendall, Logan and I came out.

"Hey man, how you feeling?" Kendall asked.

"I feel great, dude Jackie knows how to take care of me." he replied he looked at me. I asked Kendall if he wanted something to eat he nodded. Both boys sat on the stool in the island.

"Dude you have to try her chicken noodle soup its amazing." Logan bragged about me. I smiled and I gave him his soup. He asked to drink water and I gave it to him.

"Oh My Gosh! This is my favorite food now. The others have to try it out. Wait where are James and Carlos?" Kendall asked.

"Oh they've been out all day with my sisters. They came to bring my suitcase, and the boys were nice enough to show them around the city." I said. I sat next to Kendall, once he was done eating he asked for seconds. I got up and served him some more. Just then James, Carlos and my sisters showed up, I gave Kendall his bowl. Nat and Les introduced themselves to Kendall. Then they saw what was in the pot and they got plates to serve themselves.

"If you guys haven't tried her CNS then you guys haven't lived yet." Les said sitting down. I also served Carlos and James, they said the same exact thing as Kendall. Once they were done the girls helped me clean up, and they said they had to leave, James and Carlos begged them not to. But they promised them they'd be back soon, and they did exchange numbers. I hugged my sisters goodbye and they soon left. The guys sat on the couch. I closed the door, and there was an awkward silence, until Carlos broke it.

"You know you and you're sisters look alike, but you guys have that personality that everybody feels comfortable with, and you guys are really pretty! You know cause some people are just so, stuffy, snotty, uptight." he said. I agreed cause it was true, some people were just plain mean.. A few hours passed and soon it was time for bed. I went to my room and was getting undressed I put on my pjs when I heard some on knocking.

Logan's POV

Jackie went to bed and so did the guys. I stayed behind and decided to thank her for everything well maybe get a little goodnight kiss. You can't blame a guy for trying, right? I knocked on the door.

"Come in." I heard and obeyed, she was closing her suitcase and put aside in the room. I sat on the bed and looked her beauty.

"What are you looking at so closely at?" she asked me.

"At your beauty" she blushed. She thanked me and also sat down with me.

"I just came in to thank you for taking care of me today. It was really sweet of you to do so! I'll never forget that kind gesture." I said I held her hand. She put her other hand on top of mine. She kissed me on the cheek. Hey at least it was better than nothing.

"Logan, you don't have to thank me! I did it with all my heart. You guys have treated a total stranger like family, its the least I can do." she said as she hugged me I hugged her back, I didn't want her to pull away, ever. But she did. I stood up and walked towards the door and turned to her.

"Jackie I'd really like to know you better, do you want to go out tomorrow. Just you and me? I know a place where the paparazzi doesn't show at all, if you'd like?" I asked her. She nodded. I said goodnight and she did as well I headed to James room and he was asleep already. I couldn't wait for tomorrow.
