   Arcee's p.o.v

We rounded the corner to the room of Sideswipe. I heard the crackle of Starscream. Shockwave and Soundwave must be in there also. Optimus signaled us with his servo. Sunstreaker was ready to pounce. Smokescreen was with him. Optimus stepped forward and kicked the door down. We flooded in. "Let him go or face the consequences!" Sunstreaker shouted. Sideswipe grunted as he looked up. "Put your guns down or we shoot him," Shockwave pushed back and aimed aimed his cannon to Sideswipes helm. Sideswipe glared at the cannon he struggled against the restraints. "DIE!" Sideswipe broke the restraints and took his sword from the side table then stabbed Shockwave. He stumbled back. Sunstreaker came up to him as Starscream and Soundwave were cornered. Sunstreaker took Sideswipe. Sideswipe ripped the sword out of Shockwave and let him fall to his knees. Optimus nodded. Sideswipe was taken by Sunstreaker. Sideswipe hobbled his way out. Smokescreen took his other side. "We need to make it to the top along with the other three."

We ran through the halls. We made it to an elevator. "Who's going first?" Optimus stepped forward. "There may be Decepticon traps ahead. I shall go first. When I have made it, you all must follow." He went up as we stepped back, waiting. "Sideswipe keep your optics open for me." I turned around and went up to Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. Smokescreen kept watch. "Hey, stay awake and you can see Legend. Ratchet can repair you soon." Sideswipe rasped, "I'm so tired." Sunstreaker and I met gazes. "Stay strong little brother." Sideswipe smiled up at Sunny. "I promise to try." I didn't like the try part. He had to. The elevator came back down as Smokescreen tapped my shoulder plating. "Can we all squeeze in?" I looked at it. "Let's find out." Smokescreen went in first then me then the other two. "Tight. But we fit. Let's go." Sunny ordered. We went up to the top. Once we made it. We saw Hot Rod. He was covered in his own energon. One of his optics flickering the other really dim. "Hot Rod!" Smokescreen dropped to his knees by him. Hot Rod looked up and aimed his gun. "I can't see straight." Smoky sighed. "It's Smokescreen. I promise." He put his gun down. "Where are the others." The fog covered most of the ship. Legend's form came from the mist. "AGHH!" She shouted. She rolled across the ground and came to a stop. She huffed when she stopped. "I'm gonna tear him limb from limb!" She shape shifted to a metal lion. All her colors kept there scheme. "Call for a bridge!" She ordered to me. I nodded and did right away. Then, Bumblebee and Optimus came from the mist. Legend stayed on this side. We all did. "Bully Sully." Bumblebee managed to get out the information we all wanted to know silently. "How?!" Sunny shrieked. "I-...I don't know." Hot Rod shuddered. Optimus groaned as he stood. His sword drawn. Bumblebee clicked as he tried to get up but his arms shook and he fell back down. "Come one Bee." Legend went back to her original form and grabbed him. "You can run but you can't hide friends." A voice cackled much like Starscream but uglier.

A ground bridge appeared behind us. "Autobot's, retreat!" Sunny ran through the bridge with Sideswipe in arms. I took Bumblebee as Optimus watched out for us along with Smokescreen and Hot Rod. "Arcee!" She ran up behind me and got Bees other arm. Optimus backed up as he fired a shot. I made it through. I looked around base to see  Ratchet getting berths moved. "Bumblebee can you hold off?" He nodded. We sat him down on the metal storage crates. "Minor injuries." He murmured. "Sure, you can't say that when you have energon leaking from each minor injury." Bumblebee laughed a little. WheelJack kneeled by him. "You look like you were attacked by a fragging water buffalo!" Miko shouted. Alex was looking in horror at him. "This won't happen every five months will it?" I shook my helm, "I hope not." WheelJack inspected Bee. "You'll live kid." He rubbed his helm. Bumblebee only buzzed in reply as he leaned against the wall. Arcee sat by him. I stood completely. Optimus had made it through the bridge and was powering it off. "Legend may need your assistance!" Ratchet shouted urgently. "Coming!" I sprinted around the corner and into the med bay. "Which bot?" He pointed to Hot Rod. "I have Sideswipe." He muttered. Sideswipe hissed as chemicals were poured on a wound to keep any infection away. "Okay." I looked at Hot Rods symptoms. "Worst pain?" I asked him. He pointed to his chassis. "Figured so." I inspected it. "Let me clean it up then I'll wrap it." He nodded.

Bulkhead had been watching from a distance for a while. Elita was sorrow filled. She was running her arms. Optimus was telling her reassuring things. Bumblebee was in the med bay now. Sitting on the sidelined bench and hooked up to a energon level machine. He was using the wall as support. He watched me work on Hot Rod. Hot Rod was stable and had been talking to me to stay awake. I had wrapped his wound and was now working on his optic. I put numbing medicine in his energon IV. I fixed the last wire in it then let him blink it off. He turned them on and they were both fully blue. "Your done. You just need to be moved to your quarters." He nodded. "Thank you Legend." I nodded to him. My carrier was speaking with Elita now. Optimus came around and picked up Hot Rod who sighed. "I'm not a little kid, I could have walked." Optimus nodded, "I know that." I smiled at the scene of him walking away. "Bumblebee, you're turn." He chirped and stood. I helped him to the berth for repairs. "Thank you, for everything Legend." I smiled. "You are most welcome Bee." He laid back. "Most pain?" He whirred. He pointed his spark. "Did you get it hit in battle?" He shook his helm. "It holds the sorrow I feel for too many of our race dying at the cause of war." I gave him a sad smile. "Too wise to be so young." He chuckled a little. "Mid calf pain." I saw it was the source leaking the most energon. "Very well." I saw it was an easy tweak. "Easy fix Bee," the luck he has though. Sideswipe was still being worked on. We hadn't lost him. Ratchet was quiet. "How's he doing?" Ratchet looked up at me. "Fine," he replied emotionless. "I'm sorry." He shook his head. "Not your fault Legend." His faceplate held sorrow. He was too upset. "I know. I'm sorry for you. Something this big." He shook his helm. "He's been through worse." I nodded. "At least he's back." Ratchet smiled a little at that.
