I snatch my hand back and look around to see if its some sort of joke. "Who are you!" I say while pushing myself into the back of the seat. The leather was sticking making my dress stick to it. I stare at the car door and think about trying to leave. "What if he's already locked me in here and the more I struggle the more he wants to kill me," I think to myself.
"You can get out if you forgot something," The man says. I stare at his bald head and start to panic. "Tobias is talking to your mother I think" I push open the car door and run inside and look for Tobias. I see him talking to my mum and I run into his arms.
"Hey babe whats wrong, are you ok he didn't make any jokes did he?" Tobias asks. I look at him with a strange face and then shake my head slowly.
Tobias looks at me worried and then has no expression on his face. "I forgot to tell you didn't I?" He says rubbing my arm as my mum looks amused. "That's my dad he wanted to meet you but was only in town for one more week". I look at Tobias and take my arms from around his waist.
"He's your dad?" I say folding my arms. "Your DAD is the guy in the car, And YOU DIDNT TELL ME!" I fold my arms pacing up and down the kitchen. "I LOOKED LIKE A FOOL AND THEN RAN OUT OF THE CAR" I stare at him angrily.
"I CANT BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T TELL ME! you can go to lunch WITHOUT me ok". Tobias and my mum stare at me in disbelief. "Just go Tobias" I walk away with my arms folded.
Tobias walks after me and puts his hand on my shoulder. "Why are you so mad" He looks at me with a sad face.
"I'm sorry its just.... I cant deal with surprises, Its just I was a little kid and it never went well" I look in his eyes.
"Tell me then" He says and rubs my arm.
