My eyes widen... my mind going back to the day my coach told me the big news about my next match
Flashback
"Hey Alex come here I got news!" coach Carter yells across the private gym. stopping my adult on the now almost broken punching bag (I was having a bad day).
"What?" I snapped a little annoyed. he shot a enough with your bitch fit look "sorry" mumbled "what it is?"
"Well..... You know your match in a couple months time?" Nodding he continues " well there's been a slight change and when I mean slight I mean a lot" he explains with a small amounts of anxiety, excitement, nervousness even fear. Fear?
"Carter?" Dragging it out in a warning tone. "Ummmm well the girl you were meant to verse pull out so the officials thought it would be interesting if...." he trailed off.
"The female champion played against the male champion" he rushed out as if it would anger me. my eyes narrowed.
"That's it? that's what you were nervous about?" I question in a bored tone. why would that bother me I've versed plenty guys, I admit they were a challenge not than the girls but still I won didn't I thus the I defeated title.
"No you don't understand this guy has never been beaten and has always won his matches in only the first round" huh? what do you know this guy is better than I thought. Damn this is going to be hard but what can I say I like a challenge ( insert evil smile here 😈)
"Remember neither have I" I state before walking back to the mats
End of flashback
'So I'm versing him' I think
"What did you say?"oopsy guess I didn't think it. hehe.
"Oh nothing shaking my head smirking silently to myself. Giving me a little freaked out stare he quickly bid my ado and went back to his friends while I walked continued my way down the hall thinking of a certain blue eyes boy.
