Someone New

Suki continued walking through the forest until she heard a loud noise.

"What the hell was that..?!" She said to herself and looked towards the direction it came from. She decided to walk towards there.

As she got closer, a bright colored beam shot towards her way, it skimmed across her arm, leaving a cut that burnt into her skin.

"Aagh!" She grabbed onto her arm and looked to see where it came from. That's when she seen a person nearby. It looked like they were training or something. She couldn't tell.

It was a guy. He had black hair that went to his shoulders. He also looked muscular. But whoever it was noticed her. He jumped down to the ground and walked towards her. He noticed her arm and already knew what happened.

"Does that hurt?" He asked.

She glared at him after she heard what he said. "No." She lied. He knew she was lying. He wasn't dumb. He walked closer to her.

"Oh, that's cool." He grinned. He turned around to start walking away.

"So you're just gonna leave now?" Suki asked.

"Yea, so?" He continued walking away. Suki ran to him and grabbed his arm.

"Wait! I don't know where I am. Can you help me get out of here..?" She looked at him as he turned to look at her.

"Get out yourself." He said and yanked his arm away from her.

"Such an asshole." She muttered.

"What was that?" He looked at her again, this time looking angry.

"You're being kinda mean." She looked back at him.

"Yea, so?" He continued looking at her, and crossed his arms against his chest.

"I just wanted to know how to get out of here. Thought you would know." She watched him.

"And?" He seemed to look bored.

"And I thought you'd show or at least tell me!" She started getting angry. It was just what he wanted to do.

"Cool." He smirked, knowing he was making her angry.

"Whatever. I'll find my own way out." She turned around and started walking away.

"Nah." He suddenly appeared in front of her to stop her from walking any farther. Her eyes widen, surprised. She wasn't expecting that at all. "Your names Suki, right?" He asked, looking down at her.

"Uh... h-how do you know my name..?" She didn't know him at all yet he somehow knew her. She didn't like that.

"I just know. Come on, you're coming with me." He said and picked her up. He had his arm wrapped around her waist with one arm and carried her like that. Her face was facing the ground, she couldn't get free.

"W-wha?? No..! Lemme go!!" She struggled to get out his grip but failed. He jumped high into the air and started flying away from the spot they were. "Where are we going?!?!" She screamed and kicked her feet. She was afraid of heights.

"Keep kicking me and I'll let you go." He said and continued flying. She quickly stopped after that.

Where was he taking her? How did he know her name? She had no clue.
