Kuro

( Not even sure what to write so... Here goes...)

He soon landed into a small opening in the forest. A medium sized wooden house was there. Along with a river and a bridge going across it. He let her go so she could walk freely on her own.

"Well, this is my place. If you want, you can stay here until you figure out how to go home... If you ever do." He said, not knowing what she meant from before.

"Thanks..." She said lowly. She looked around for a moment, liking what she is seeing. She still didn't know who he was or how he even knew her. She didn't really trust him. "Hey..." She looked up at him. "How do you know my name..?"

"I seen you before, talking to yourself. You say your name a lot when you talk to yourself." He said.

"Oh..." She couldn't tell if he was lying or not. "Then how come you never said anything until now?" She felt like he was hiding something.

"Because I didn't care too until you came along and seen me." He crossed his arms.

"Okay..." She answered, still unsure about him.

"Yea, I live here... This whole forest is mine." He said.

"Oh." She began to think of what happened before when she seen that shadowy figure, or what she thought she had seen out the corner of her eye. But she didn't know for sure if something was actually there. But it still made her wonder a bit. "Is anyone else here?" She asked him.

"Shouldn't be, unless they just come over here like you did." He replied.

"Oh. Ok." She thought for a moment. "How come I never got your name?"

"Oh yea, it's Kuro." He said.

"Okay, Kuro." She looked away from him and at the the house. "So that's your house?"

"Yea, I told you I lived here." He started to walk inside his house. She followed him inside. As she got inside, she looked around. The inside of his house was wooden as well. Their was an upstairs as well. It looked pretty nice inside. She liked it.

"Nice place." She said as she continued to look around.

"Yea. You can sleep upstairs. I have an extra bedroom up there. I just sleep downstairs in my room." He said.

"Oh. Thanks." She went upstairs to check it out. It was a medium sized bedroom, not too big or small. There was a bed against the wall on the right side of the room. There was also two windows to look out of. A dresser with a mirror above it and an closet in the room. Not much, really. But she didn't mind.

She walked back downstairs to see where Kuro was. Then she thought to herself again, when is she going to go back home? She wasn't sure. But she wanted to know more about him. Kuro looked at her as she walked downstairs and seen him.

"So?" He crossed his arms and looked at her.

"I like it." She smiles at him.

"Ok." He said and watched her. "How'd you get here anyways?" He thought back to when he seen her in the forest.

"I.. I don't know! I was just walking and ended up in a forest... and then I continued walking around and I got lost... I didn't even know how to get back to where I came from... Cuz when I turned around to go back in the direction I came from, things weren't the same... So I got lost..." She answered, thinking back to that moment.

"Yea, alright." He watched her.

"You don't believe me..?" She asked.

"No, I do." He answered, not really caring.

"Alright..." She said, then looked away from him. "You live here alone?"

"Yea." He kept his eyes on her.

That made her feel a bit better, knowing it was just him and her. She wouldn't want others to be there since she still didn't know much about him. It started getting dark out, it was a long day of wondering through the woods then meeting him.

It was later in the night and they were both in their rooms, asleep or should be asleep. As for Suki, she laid there, staring at the dark ceiling above. Her thoughts were everywhere. Thinking on what had happened today, what'll happen tomorrow, the future, and other things. It took awhile for her to fall asleep.

Hours later it was morning, Kuro was already awake and outside training as usual. Suki happened to get woken up from a loud noise outside, which was obviously from Kuro. She lazily got up and walked outside, still a bit tired. She seen Kuro nearby.

"Hey..!" Suki yelled over to him and he turned to look at her.

"Hm? You're awake. What do you plan on doing today?"

"Eh... Well, I guess I'll just continue my adventure or something.."

"Alright. Well my place is here if you ever need it."

"Thanks..." She smiled and began her journey.
