Chapter Ten : Darcius and Daris

Candice ...

I watched the little demon girl very closely , she was fragile and well presented but also at the same time , she was fiery and quick thinking .

I liked her .
She reminded me of myself at that age but by then I was already married to my second husband .

" Candice ? "
I looked up from some paperwork I was doing on the bar counter .
" Yes ? "

I watched as she twiddled her fingers trying to speak .
" I ... I was wondering how , you know , Demons ... do it ? "

I took one long look at her and shook my head as I chuckled .

" Girl , that's for me to know and for you to eventually find out . "
I winked at her before going back to my paperwork .
" –But if you must know , since you got Faven as your Demon . There are two things you need to know about Demons . One , Females have wings and males don't . Two , we are able to reproduce but why go through the mess ? "

I heard her shuffle then take a seat on one of the stools , so I looked at her .
She was waiting for me to elaborate what I was saying .

I sighed .
She's just so likeable .

" Alright , When a Demon reproduces with another Demon they make a Spawn , A very powerful Demon baby . But when a Demon and a human reproduce it has dire consequences  such as a Vampire being born or a Werewolf virus spreading around from that Werewolf cub .

" I for one , don't want a Spawn because they are too ... Ugly . I want my babies to be good looking and sexy like Lucy . "

I know I call Lucifer , Lucy but he doesn't mind .
I know he doesn't since we do sleep together .
All the time .

Coco ...

I was shocked .
Demons can produce babies !
But they'd be Demon babies and if it was a human and a Demon then it would get really weird .

" Listen , I understand why you're asking . I see the way you look at Lucifer . "

I froze .
Oh shit .

" No , no , no ... I ... I love Faven not Lucifer ! "
I felt a blush creep onto my cheeks .

" Coco , Faven can't come down here unless someone ... "
She pointed at herself .
" ... Allows him in and , yeah I do like you , I'm not going to let him in here . Lucifer would be very angry since he'd like you to himself and bringing Faven here contradicts his whole setup . I will not be involved in that . "

I nodded .
I understood why she wouldn't do it because I know first hand that Lucifer can go from sexy Fallen Angel to your worst goddamn nightmare .

Candice took her time talking to Coco , after all , Candice knew what it felt like to be new in Hell and not knowing anyone besides the Guy who you sold yah soul to .

" So . " Candice starts .
" Ever had a , you know , really heated session with your Demon upstairs ; Faven ? "

Candice watched as Coco nearly choked on her Pepsi .

" Never mind , Honey , I already know . " Candice chuckled to herself before turning to Coco in a very serious fashion .

" Ever hear about the one joke where a demon and a human fell in love ? " Candice probed ....
