To be honest, I dont really get the point of learning AC. It was a very annoying and boring that I passed out in the middle of the class. I can still feel the anger radiating off the girl sitting beside me.
I mean its not my fault, she was the one who bumped into me first and me not knowing what to do just ignore it. I tilt my head around to observe the girl. She has a wavy brown hair that reached below her shoulder. Her angular face, her frowning makes her face even more prominent.
My eyes wander a bit around her face, from her eyebrows to her chin. Theres a lot of features that maybe people didnt even noticed. Like the fine freckles that covers her left cheek. I turn at the blank paper in front of me, suddenly feeling nervous. The bell rings indicating the class is over.
I threw my bag on my shoulder and just when Im about to bolt off, someone stopped me.
Hold up! the girl said. My mind suddenly went wild. Oh shit I thought but I put on my usual façade
Is there anything relevant that you want to talk about? I replied with my back still facing her.
Is there? Oh, let me remind you. This morning on 8.15 sharp, you...Mr Unknown bumped into me that causes my book to fall all over the floor. Usually people will say Im sorry for what they did but no, you being an asshole decided to let me there looking stupid with my book all over the floor. So now Im redeeming the Im sorry from you and Im on my time of the month so you better not shitting my ass and apologize. I finally turn around after her motivational speech.
Im sorry I said and then left. The girl was screaming not so loud but enough to let me hear it. I dont know why I found it amusing.

When lunch finally came, I went to this coffee shop just a couple of block down from school. The coffee there tasted amazing and when I said amazing I really do mean it. When the shop came in view, I can already smell the rich aroma of coffee roaming around the entire neighbourhood. I pushed open the door and that little bell rings.
Mr. Nichols who owns the coffee shop meet my eyes and smiles warmly at me. Ive been coming here since the past 3 years and that was since Junior Year and since then, he became the closest thing I had to a father. His wife, Mrs Nichols stand by the counter. When I got there, she hugs me so motherly. We are close like a family, but I dont really know them much. All I knew is that they have a daughter that lives somewhere else because of something unavoidable. They always talked about her to me. She sounds super cool.
Hey there Tracey I greeted her with a smile. Hello to ya too Val she replies thick with Scottish accent.
Its about time you visit us aye? Ben finally piped in. Yeah its been forever since I came down here. I missed the free coffee I said teasingly.
They always give me free coffee, no matter how hard I persuaded them. Its so frustrating that they wouldnt accept my money. What do ya want kid? Ben asked in which I reply, The usual. I went and sit at my usual booth by the corner. Is it just me who likes the idea of being alone instead of being in a group with a bunch of people? Two minutes later, Ben came in with my coffee.
Here ya go. Enjoy in which I replied with a Thanks.
I was about to take a sip when suddenly my eyes went to the door. Guess what I found? No, wait its a who exactly. The girl from earlier went to the counter and hug Tracey. Well, that was weird I thought. Who would go around and hug people like that?.
Tracey turn to look at me and the girl following her gestures. I was holding every ounce of energy in my body to not roll my eyes at them and then the unexpected came. They were walking towards me, or at least thats what I think. I should really close my mouth because thats exactly what they did. When they were standing right beside me.
Valentine, ya know that we have a daughter correct? I hum in replied, I already know what is coming. Well, this is Mary, our daughter. Mary meet Valentine she announced. At that point, I know this wont be the last time we will have a conversation.
With that said, all hell will break loose.
