Today's forgotten character is Roxanne Ritchi's doorman, Carlos.
Little is known about Carlos except that he,was among the many citizens who didn't abandon the city during Tighten's rampage. Apparently, he didn't allow Megamind in the bulding so the latter had to dehydrate him to get to Roxanne's apartment and ask for her help.
