Chapter 24:The Great Escape

Arian POV
After August put on his little show my hunger and pain was the last things on my mind.
After I finished stuffing my face I was ready to take a nice hot shower "baaaabe" I yelled from his bedroom. I could have used the intercom, but I would have to get up to do that and I was still extremely sore. He peaked his head around the corner of the door "yea baybeh" he said "I want to take a shower, but I need help, and I need to wrap my cast in plastic before I get in."
        "Aight baybeh let me go get some plastic and be right back." "Ok" shortly after August came back in smacking on a fruit roll up and a glass of juice. I perked up and said "gimme some" "gimme got shot" I rolled my eyes as he got closer and said "gimme came back from the dead and the nigga who pulled the trigga got got! Now share" I said trying to snatch some, he jerked back quick "that was cute ya just made that up? Real clevah baybeh." I just sat there pouting til he said " hea witcha spoiled ass!" I grabbed it and said "thank you! Now give me kisses." He leaned down and kissed me while picking me up careful not to hurt my ribs and carried me into the bathroom.
August turned on the shower so it could warm up and then started wrapping my cast in plastic "aight I think you good you ready to get in?" He said after finishing. He started to undress me and I could see him staring at the bruises on my body and the healing scar from my surgery. A tear escaped his eyes as he dropped to his knees in front of me. "I'm so sorry this happened to you baybeh" he said into my stomach.
I held onto him "baby I'm ok I promise. I don't want you blaming yourself for this whoever that was was a lunatic." "I should have been there for you. What if that nigga had tried to rape you? Arian baybeh you almost died you was in a coma. I thought I lost you."
"When I find the nigga who did this he's a dead man. I promise you that I'm have his head for putting his hands on you." I smiled at him " good make his ass pay cause he made me lose weight and I had been eating my rice and cabbage and now I got bed booty" I said back.
He bust out laughing "what da fuck is bed booty?" "You know when you be sitting down for too long and ya booty get shaped like that in a pancake. Plus since I was out I lost all that weight and my booty got smaller." I said pouting. He picked me up and put me down gently and grabbed my booty "you still got some poke baybeh. You still thick wit it." "Don't gas me up" I said with my tongue out.
"For real though baybeh I love you" he said staring me in the eyes. "I promise to never let anything like this happen to you again. I put that on my life." I pulled his face down to mine and kissed him passionately and said "I love you too August you're the best thing to ever happen to me."
"Now can we pleeeeassse wash my smelly ass, and then get some more pain pills in me!" I said dramatically. He smiled down at me and said "yeah come on lil stinky" he said as he undressed as well.
One week later
August POV
"Quit grabbing my dick!" I yelled out. "Whyyyy I want it Auggie right now." Arian said back to me whining. I rolled my eyes "quit all that damn whining. You can't get none of daddy's dick right now. You ain't in no condition to be fuckin." She rolled her eyes and moved away from me on the bed pouting.
I scooted my body closer to hers and wrapped my arms around her "move August!" She said to me "why cause you mad?" I said back. "Yes cause you treating me like a cancer patient! You leave me cooped up in this house. I can't go nowhere! I can't do nothing! I can't go to my own house! And I can't even have sex! You mean!"
"Quit actin like that and lower ya voice when ya talkin ta me aight." I said trying to remain calm we had this same discussion for the past few days her ass wasn't going nowhere. I had found out who had done this shit ta her, but now this nigga was hiding. She didn't understand that I was doing all of this for her safety. And as far as sex goes her body needs more time to heal up, so I'm not even going there with her.
           I got up off the bed and threw a shirt on about to head downstairs to my office to talk with my boys. "Yeah leave negro!" She screamed out. "I ain't about to do this shit witcha today Arian." I said calmly while leaving out.
Arian POV
        I'm so pissed off I can't see straight. I want out of this house and I'm leaving today whether he likes it or not! I picked up my phone and called the only person I knew would be down to break me out.
Ring ring

A:Nina
N:girl why you whispering?
A: cause I don't want August to hear me. Come get me pleeaaasse!
N: I'm on my way!
After that all I heard was a click of the call being ended.
        I got up and started getting myself together to leave. After getting ready I made my way downstairs. I walked past August's office and his door was cracked and I heard him say loudly "getcho hardhead ass back up them stairs and get back in that bed!" I opened the door and all eyes in the room fell on me.
            "You ain't my fucking daddy and I ain't gotta do shit you say. I want to go outside so that's where I'll be!" I said rolling my eyes
         He clenched his jaw and said "I'm not gonna say the shit again Arian take ya ass back up them stairs and put ya lul pjs on, and quit fuckin round wit my patience cause you not leavin this house." He said it so calm it was almost scary.
           "I want to go home!" I yelled. I knew I was being childish but I was tired of him. "You are home." Was his calm response to me. 
             I felt my phone vibrate in my hand and I saw that Nina was outside so I screamed out "fuck you!" And went to slam his office door closed and he looked me dead in my eyes and said "make me have to get up. You bettah close my shit soft like you got some fuckin sense in ya head." And then he went back to doing what he was doing. I softly shut his door cause I knew how far to go, and plus I was still trying to make my exit.
         I hurried out to Nina's car as quickly as I could on crutches and said "ok let's get out of here before he realizes" I was doped up on pain meds so I couldn't feel a thing.
         She just laughed and shook her head and said "you gonna make this nigga snap my neck if he finds us" she sped up the street.
               We were laughing and talking riding around it felt so good to get out of the house and feel the sun on my face. "Ok so your nails and feet are busted honey and so are those eyebrows. I think we need to go to the nail salon and get this all taken care of. I don't even want to think about what you got going on down under. This might have to end up being a full spa day. You may need a full wax job at this point." Nina said with a grimace while looking at me.
             I looked down at my nails and toes and said "don't judge! I'm basically breaking out of a high security prison. I might as well have been on Rikers Island!" I said dramatically. "August was gonna start putting cornrows in my hair next week! I could feel it!"
             We pulled up to the spa first and I booked a full body massage ,the masseuse recommended that it would help with my pain and inflammation, and a wax that left me smooth all over. Once we left there we headed over to the nail salon. This was turning out to be the best day ever. I'm already feeling like a brand new woman.
