Tris' POV
I turn to Tobias and whisper:
"Did you know that Eric had those meetings with Max?"
"Well, yeah but I thought he was just talking about Dauntless - related stuff since they are both Dauntless leaders," he whispered back.
That is true.
With Eric dead, and all, and with Max in this condition - I don't think we'll have to worry about these meetings. But Tobias still asks.
"Well what do you do now? Do you make up plans with someone else?"
"No. Nothing else to really make plans for anymore," Max answered.
