One week later

I just got out of shower when my phone rang. I ran into my room and looked at the caller's ID and wasn't exactly surprised by who was calling me.

"Michael?" I answered the phone.

"Hello Gerard." My brother greeted me back.

"What do you want?" I asked and rolled my eyes.

"Great to hear from you too." He huffed. "I'm just calling to inform you, that father's birthday party will be next Saturday." He told me and took a deep breath. I knew my father will be turning 50 this year but I totally lost track of time and forgot it's happening this week.

"Yeah, yeah. I'll be there. Anything else, brother dear?" I asked him hoping to end the call ASAP.

"No, that's all. See you, brother." And with that he hung up. I groaned and threw my phone away and gasped when I felt Frank's cold hands wrap around my middle.

"Good morning." He said against my neck and then kissed it. I smiled and turned in his arms.

"Morning." I told him and kissed him on the lips. "Where were you?" I asked and leaned against his body.

"I woke up early so I went to the bakery." He mumbled and kissed the side of my head.

"Did you bring cupcakes?" I asked in baby like voice.

"Yes, and chocolate donuts." He said with a smirk. I squealed like a little girl and hugged him tightly.

"Yaaasss. I love you." I laughed and pecked his lips but noticed how Frank stiffened. "What?" I asked.

"It's nothing. Um...what was that call about?" He tried to change the subject.

"Just my brother. Now, what is it?" I asked again. He tried to step back but I held his wrist and pulled him back towards me.

"What did he want?" Frank was still avoiding my question so I placed my hand on his cheek and made him look me in the eyes.

"I'll tell you when you tell me." I stared him in the perfect green eyes and waited for his reaction.

"Okay." He sighed. "It's just...I can't say it back. I don't know what is love, I've never been in love before, so I don't know if what I'm feeling now is love or not. I'm sorry." Frank told me and I was a little taken aback.

"Hey, that's totally okay." I assured him. "I didn't even...I don't want to pressure you. I get that you need some time, sugar." I smiled at him and he smiled back. "We'll see, maybe someday you'll realize your true feelings." I told him. I was even prepared for the day when he would wake up and realize he didn't even like men and that he would never love me.

"Alright." I caressed his cheek and he kissed me softly. "Now, what did your brother want?" Frankie wanted to know.

"Ahh, my dad's turning fifty, right, so I need to go to his birthday party." I rolled my eyes and waited for Frank's reaction.

"What? Your dad's already fifty? Shit, should I get him something? What would he like?" He started stressing and I couldn't help but smile like an idiot because the first thing he though about was to get my father a present.

"Sugar, are you sure you wanna go with me?" I laughed and he suddenly stopped.

"Uh, sorry. I mean...am I invited?" Frank widened his eyes.
