Special,
A word which is originally good but is used as an insult now.
Calling people "special snowflakes" is an insult.
How about checking the definition for once?
People are insulting bringing each other down by calling each other "one of a kind?"
Where's the logic in that?
They call you that when you defend something of they do not understand.
A snowflake, scientifically, is a small piece of crystalized water, each one formed differently.
Adding the word 'special' in front of it, tells you that you are more that one of a kind.
Being a "special snowflake" isn't a bad thing.
Mixing with the lot, becoming identical to others?
That's worse, you lose your own touch.
So, when people call you a "special snowflake," tell them "Thank you" for realising you're not just another person.
Everyone's special in their own way, don't let anyone bring you down.
