We hear this word a lot.
"Leader." It means someone who leads.
We can call people leaders because they're in charge but they won't help us move forward.
But leading, usually, and should be good.
Mainly from some leaders, I've seen people conforming, no one is individual, banning people for being who they are or worse.
Leading is for the people, not for the benefit for one person to reap.
It's for equality and those who need it.
A leader should be level headed, smart and an egalitarian.
We need someone to stand for minority rights.
Someone to stand for the people who can't.
Someone who can change people for the good.
Someone to stand for peace and stop the fighting.
We need someone to stand.
