Saying Goodbye.

Chapter 6 - Saying Goodbye.

Jacob's POV

I followed Natalie to the front of the school, as I ran after her I saw her walk out the front of the schools itch that bastard Jake, anger started to rage through me, I needed to punch something, FAST!

The only thing near me was a brick wall, that will have to do. I turned around and punched the wall repeatedly slamming my head on the wall in the process.

When my anger fit was over, i turned around and slumped onto the floor. I put my head in my hands and just sat there waiting for her to come back.

The bell had gone for the end of period four, everyone was rushing to lunch, me on the other hand, just sat there staring at the front door, waiting and praying for her to come back to me so i can hold her.

Natalie's POV

I had just started running towards the woods surrounding the school when I noticed Jake walking towards me, I stopped walking towards the woods and waited for him.

I gave him a small smile when he was at my side, he gave me a slight nod towards the wood. I nodded and we both made our way into the bushes.

We walked in silence for what seemed like an hour, when we reached a little clearing in the forest Jake turned me around and caressed my cheek, he put his finger under my chin and made me look into his eyes.

His face inched closer to mine, I closed the distance and placed my lips onto his. Our lips moved in sync, he pulled my body impossibly closer to him, as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

We pulled apart to catch a breath, he placed his forehead on mine and smiled down at me placing a soft kiss on my lips.

"Will you go out with me?" His voice was just above a whisper as he looked into my eyes.

I quickly nodded at him before he crashed his lips onto mine, our lips moving together in perfect motions, he bit down on my lip asking for entries which I happily gave him. Our tongues found each other, swirling around, we broke apart only for him to continue trailing kisses along my jaw and down to the bottom of my neck, before I could understand what was happening I felt a sharp stinging pain at the base of my neck, I screamed in pain begging him to stop, I felt him remove his irregularly sharp teeth and started cleaning the wound.

I stepped away from him in complete shock.

Before I could slap him, he grabbed my arms and took a few steps away from me. Before I could do anything else his bones started cracking and popping, the sound of tearing flesh filled my ears.

I opened my eyes to find a large wolf standing in front of me, my mouth was hanging open but nothing was coming out.

Me? Shocked? That's an understatement on what I felt. I was terrified, confused, turned on, and that was only half of how I felt.

I don't know why I wasn't running away, something is seriously wrong with me if I still wanted to be with him.

I hadn't noticed Jake had transformed back into his human form until I felt large hands wrap around my waist. I started to scream and struggled to get out out of his hold. I was hitting his chest and telling him to let me go.

"Please, don't go I need to tell you something...something that I don't want you to freak about. Natalie, I'm a werewolf."

I stared at him shocked at what he had just told me. I slumped against a nearby tree, my back was sliding down the bark, probably making my white leather jacket dirty, but I didn't care in that moment.

"Explain, explain EVERYTHING! But first tell me why you bit me" I was supposed to sound strong and tough but my voice came out a little whimper.

"Okay, I bit you because well, your my soul mate the girl I'm supposed to be with forever, your my mate."

My jaw dropped and my eyes widened at the realisation at what he had said, I had heard wolfs mate for life, and realising that I was Jakes well it made sense as to why I was feeling so many feelings for him, I tried hiding them by becoming close to Jacob. But I never could get over him, realisation hit me with what he had just said, before he could say another word I ran into his arms and crashed my lips onto his, it took him a while to realise I had accepted being his mate.

His hands wrapped around my waist and he brought me incredibly close to him, electrical shocks ran through my body, I had never noticed but whenever he touched me a shock wave ran through my body.

When he slipped his tongue into my mouth I couldn't contain my moan as I tangled my fingers into his hair, he grabbed my thighs and pulled my legs around his waist. I broke the kiss apart, and just stared into his eyes, "I accept being your mate." My words flew straight out of my mouth before I could stop them, another voice entered my mind.

I screamed in pain as the new mark on my neck burned, I crumpled to the floor, writhing in pain screaming for Jake. His face had excitement written all over it, I didn't know why but then I figured out why, when a werewolf bites a human, they turn into one themselves. The burning finally made sense.

I'm turning into a werewolf..there's no turning around now.
