~JaimexMike~
-Jaime's POV-
It was just an irritating day, but when is high school not irritating? Everyone was walking slow, chewing loudly, screaming, running the halls, the list goes on and on.
I was basically twitching with irritation.
It was taking all of me not to snap, and scream at somebody. According to the school it's my new record of not snapping for sixteen school days.
So, in order to prove to my mom I don't need those stupid anger management classes, I have to keep this going for a month.
Finally, after a whole class hour of the constant ticking of the clock, constant click of a pen, constant whispers, and constant page turning, I get to relax during lunch.
I grabbed my bag and left for the cafeteria, everyone letting me out of the classroom first. As I walked to the cafeteria I checked my phone, seeing a few texts from Tony and some Instagram notifications but nothing much.
I pushed the door open and went and sat in my usual spot. Setting my bag on the table and using it prop my phone against it.
Tony sat down across from a few minutes later, and smiled. His usual black hoodie replaced with an oversized, dark blue sweater.
"Hey," he said, seeming a little out of breath.
"Hey, where were you?" I asked.
"My locker got stuck again.. and... And V-Vic helped me open it," He said quietly, biting his bottom lip slightly.
A smirk found its way on my lips, "Oh he did? How was that?"
Tony's cheeks burned a bright pink, "I-It was fine."
I giggled and smiled, "And did you thank him?"
He nodded, "H-He knew my name, too."
I smiled wider.
Tony is probably the most shy person I've ever seen go to this school, and not a lot of people know who he is.
He's the kid whose hair always ends up covering most of their face to hide, or wear big clothes to hide in. Tony has one of the cutest faces, and honestly, he has the most feminine curves I've seen in a while. He has very little self esteem or confidence, he thinks his face is ugly and his curves and slight chubbiness are hideous. (Im sorry I always use chubby Tony, that's my favorite Tony)
"Well, I think he should definitely know your name, because you're a beautiful bean," I said.
I leaned over and gently tucked his hair behind his ear to reveal his face, along with red cheeks.
"N-No please," he said, fidgeting with his sleeves.
"Just for lunch, trust me. I'm going to go get food, when I come back your hair better be the same, turtle." I said.
He nodded and pulled out his phone.
I got up and walked to the line for the special, today was spaghetti with a bread stick and broccoli. It was sadly the best thing today.
I grabbed my tray and typed in my ID number and began walking back to my table. My tray in one hand I pulled out my phone and see I got a text from my mom.
I unlocked my phone but only to have someone walk right into me, causing my tray to fall onto my shirt. I froze and looked down at the mess on my clothes and my tray on the ground.
The cafeteria went quiet, and I slowly looked up to see it was a guy from the soccer team. His eyes widened when he realized what is going on.
My chest burned and I gripped my phone tightly, feeling my anger boil.
