Ethan's P.O.V
"And the little princess was safe and sound in her castle, with her mom and dad the end" i said as i placed the book down seeing that my baby girl was a sleep, i slowly closed her story book and kissed her head slowly
"I love you angel" i said as i got out off her bed, i walked over to her night light turning it on softly then turned her lights off and closed her bed room door. I ran a hand trough my hair as i sat down on the couch taking my phome out and i looked trough social media. My mind kept on slipping over to Alex again....after a while i decided to go over to bed and call it a night, i got off the couch and walked over my room and floped down on my bed falling a sleep...

Alex's P.O.V
"Good morning sir" James said to me when i walked in to the dinning room, my hair a mess from sleeping and i had a huge headich...
"Morning" i said and sat down on the chair
"Would you like some breakfast sir?" James asked and i shuk my head
"Coffee will do" i said, running my hands trough my messy hair yawning as i do...
"As you wish sir" he said and after a while he came back with a cup of coffee.
"Thank you James" i said as i started to sip the coffee, i looked at the time i had to go to work
"Oh my god am late" i said as i quickly started to get dressed...

Ethan's P.O.V
"Daddy!! Daddy wake up!! Am going to be late for school..." i heard my daughters voice calling me
"Mhh what?" I asked her as she tuged on my arm
"Am gonna be late!! Come on you have to drive me!!" She said and i quickly got up and got dressed in two seconds, i grabbed a pair of jeans, some sneekers a shirt and a jacket cause its winter Emily was already dressed so i didnt had to worry about that
"Come on" i said as i picked her up and carried her to the car
"Oh noo the bell already rang.." she said
"Dont worry i will get inside and talk to your teacher..." i said as we arrived at the school, Emily waked out of the car and i picked her up again running to the school
"Okay this is my class room" she said, she opened the door and everyone turned to her "Emily you are late.." the teacher said
"Am sorry am late miss may i sit down?" She asked and her teacher nodded her head
"Am sorry about her beeing late its my fault i over slept this morning" i said
"Its fine but next time let her mom drive her here" she said and i looked at her
"Am a single dad who is doing his best to raise his little girl without her mom, her mom passed away when Emily was born" i said "And i sugjest you dont bring this up in front of my daughter" i said...

Alex's P.O.V
I heard arguing in the school hallway, i walked over there to check it out and to see if any stidants where arguing...
"Is there a problem here?" I asked as i saw Ethan and Emily's teacher arguing.
"No..." Ethan said and the teacher said yes...
"Yes there is Alexander, this man is telling me how to deal with the kids, so what if Emily dosnt have a mom she needs to be on time" she said and i looked at her
"And i don't care if you have been working here for a long time, but one mistake, one slip up, one tiny little slip up! You are out of here, thease kids are all diffrent some are growing up alone some are in a foster home and some are growing up with one parent so you dont get to tell them how to feel or even what to feel! And if i see Emily upset you will never work as a teacher again" i said
"Am sorry sir..." she said and walked in class...
"Thanks" Ethan said and i nodded my head
"No problem...i know how it hurts to grow up like that" i said and he looked at me "I know i wish i known you earlier in my life" he said "Yeh same" i said and he looked at me "I hope i managed to give you everything you ever wanted Alex" he said and i smiled "You gave me even more then that, i love you..." i said not even realising that i said it, i felt him getting closer to me
"I love you too, i never stopped loving you" he said and my cheeks got cherry red
"Yeh okay...i...ugh...i have to go..." i said and quickly walked away my heart beating like a huge drum...

Ethan's P.O.V
I was patinatly waitng for Emily to walk out of school so i can pick her up, after a bit she walked out smiling all happy like...
"Hey love" i said and hugged her
"How was your day?" I asked her smiling at her and she smiled
"It was amazing i had fun and i got to draw" she said i smiled ay my beautiful daughter then tuck her hand
"Thats amazing princess" she smiled at me with her beautiful smile "Can we go home am tired?" She said and i picked her up carrying her to the car
After i made sure Emily was secyred on her seat i started tge car ti druve us home, the car ride was scilant untill Emily looked at me "I have my birth day in 2 days" she said happy and a bit if sad at the same time.
"Do you want to celabrate it princess" i asked looking at her wanting to respect her whishes...
"Yeah...can i invite Alex?" She asks smiling and ny heart fluttered.
"Of course you can baby girl" i said as we arrived at my apartmant.
Emily was over the moon happy that i agreed ti Alex comming, and i would love to see him...i smiled at the thought of me and him beeing parents i always wanted that.
"Go to your aunt princess i'm going to start dinner" i said kissing her small cheek and she nodded skipping over to her aunt as i started to cook the dinner.
"Hey there is the birthday girl" she said hugging Emily and she hugged her back
"Aunt Jessica guess what" Emily said and ger aunt smiled "What is it?" She asked and Emily looked at her "Alex is going to come to my birthday!" She said all happy and excited. But her aunt wasnt as happy as Emily.
"Is he now?" She asked and she glared over at me "Emily go wash up" she told my daugher and walked over to me "So i guess your staring to make desitions on your own now?" She asked me and i sighed "Don't start this now, Emily loves Alex and Alex loves Emily" i said simply and she looked at me "And Ethan loves Alex too" she said and i looked at her "Yes i do, i LOVE HIM got a problem with that?" I asked "Yes i do cause i will not let you disrespect mybsister like that" she said "Your sister and i where getting along grait we worked togetger as amazing frinds nothing more and she knows that and she kbew about Alex" i said "Oh an..." i cut her off "There is a time and place for everything and niw is not the time." I said as Emily walked out of the room to join us for dinner....
