The next day I woke up to Naruto who, somehow or another, got into my house and was shaking me rapidly. His eyes were wide when mine opened and he backed off. Let's just say, I'm not a morning person.
"What?" I asked slightly glaring before sitting up and whipping my eyes.
I stood and stretched before locking my eyes on Naruto.
"Uh...we have to meet up in-" he stopped to look at his watch.
"- 5 minutes." he said before walking out.
I shrugged and got dressed, putting on my usual outfit and gear. I brushed through my long back hair and put it up in a high ponytail, letting my bangs flop into my eyes and frame my face. I sighed before walking out of my room with the executioners sword of course.
"Get me an apple." I said to Naruto who was fishing through my kitchen.
He tossed an apple to me and got one for himself before walking over.
"Everyone must be waiting, Believe it!" he yelled before running out the door.
I strapped the sword onto my back before running after him, taking bites of the apple as we went. We arrived on a bridge over a small river. Sasuke was leaning on the railing looking like he could care less, and Sakura was standing next to him loking to be in deep thought.
"Hey Sakura!" Naruto yelled jumping in the middle of them.
He glared at Sasuke and Sasuke glared back. I stood by Sakura and both of us looked between them back and forth. They turned their heads away from each other and Sakura and I slouched. They have hated each other ever since the mission.
'They seemed to not like eachother before it either. They have some type of rivalry going on, and now that Sasuke has the Sharingan, Naruto thinks he needs to get ahead... I think.' I thought with a hand under my chin.
1 hour later~
We were all leaning on the bridge half asleep.
'I can't believe Kakashi isn't here yet.' yup you heard me no 'san'. He lost that the moment he was late.
"Hey guys, good morning. Sorry I'm late. Afraid I got lost on the path of life." Kakashi said from atop a railing on the bridge.
He was waving at us... NOW!
"WHAT!!!" Sakura and Naruto yelled together.
Sasuke and I just sighed.
"Im ready for the next ninja mission sensei. And hey, no more of this dumb beginners stuff, OK? I want a chance to prove myself. I'm talking a real mission, where I can show what I'm made of! Ah! I got to break out and burn it up! See!" Naruto said with fire in his eyes and in the background.
"Uh, right. I get it, that's great Naruto. Now, take it easy, would ya?" Kakashi asked as Naruto deadpanned.
Naruto turned around and glared at Sasuke with an eye twitch. Sakura glared at Naruto for glaring at Sasuke and Sasuke stared back at Naruto uncaring.
"Now guys, calm down. Jeez, can't you just be normal and get along for ONE DAY." I sighed and rubbed the back of my neck.
It was quiet as everyone continued what they were doing until Naruto yelled, "BELIEVE IT!"
"Let us know when your done fantasising Naruto, so we can start the mission, alright?" Kakashi asked.
"Right!" Naruto said.
"Could you not be so annoying Naruto, just for once?" Sakura asked.
Ok, so we have to get weeds out of..." and that's how the day went.
