Rapunzel couldn't stop smiling. She felt like if she did, the world would fall to pieces.
She, of course, told Rose, Meg, and Hannah about it. They all squealed in excitement when she said they were going to meet again tomorrow night.
Rapunzel was reading when the idea hit her. It had actually come from the book she was reading. In it, the main character disguised herself as someone else to get into a building. What if Rapunzel disguised herself as a commoner and left?
She could climb the tree over the wall, like Jack had. She could see Mari, as the queen wouldn't let her invite her friend to the castle. She could do anything!
Digging through her closet, she realized she had nothing to use for a disguise. Keeping the idea in her head, Rapunzel moved on with the rest of her day.
To pass the time, Rapunzel taught Meg French. She also helped Rose with an exceptionally hard book and taught Hannah to sew.
Life in a castle was fun, when stuff was happening. It was nice to have everything, but it was boring. Ugh.
Rapunzel sat in her bed that night, unable to fall asleep. She moved to her balcony, thinking. With a sigh, she looked up at the moon. Tonight it was starting to disappear.
With another sigh she went inside and fell asleep.
Life in a castle was boring.
