Are you ready for me tell you a crazy story idea that you might use in your next book?

Well, here it is:
What if someone really poor got his hands on a time traveling machine and used the time machine to go back to a time where he was rich (why he got poor could be any reason you could think of) and since the person knows where the past him hides his money. He goes ahead and steals it with ease. As you can see, anyone with basic knowledge of time travel would know that would definitely mess up time and his future. The person goes back to the time traveling machine, and turns out in the future he suddenly became a suspect for the murder of neighbors. The person doesn't know anything at all and goes back to the time traveling machine only to find out that it's broken.

Now he has to face the jury and prove that he's innocent in the murder of his neighbors.

Pretty cool idea if you ask me.
