"Back when Thomas was first born it was just Logic and I. For five years that's how it was then on his 6th birthday we received a new trait. His name was Conner and he was Thomas's confidence and courage. He was also a bit reckless but that was just part of his charm. His outfit was a pair of white ripped jeans and a white t-shirt. The traits selfless cheery nature was unique and wonderful. He was my first son and the only other trait to call me dad. Trust was so important to him and he gave it to Logan and I unconditionally. Everything we said to him was taken like gospel truth. And I loved him. Oh I loved that kid so much. But when Thomas turned 13 Conner went missing. We didn't notice for 3 whole days because the day he went missing was the day you arrived. I think you too would have gotten along. Maybe you would have gone on adventures. But we were preoccupied showing you around so we forgot to check up on him. By the time we realized he was gone it was too late. I searched for days. Weeks. When Virgil showed up a week after you did I was to busy searching to notice how skinny, pale, and fragile he was. I failed Conner and and I failed Anxiety. I am a horrible father." I finished my story on the verge of tears. Roman looked deep in thought.

"Patton you are a wonderful father! Never doubt yourself!" Roman exclaimed making me smile.

"So the white door belongs to him?" Roman asked. I nodded.

"Yeah. The one right across from Virgil."

"Do you mind if we go look?" I nodded, brushing my unshed tears away, and we got up to go see the room.

We walked down the corridors to find the hallway. Turning a corner, we saw something running into Virgil's room. I couldn't tell if it was Anx or it it was something else. I could tell Roman saw it too because his hand was on the hilt of his sword, ready to unsheathe it. We cautiously walk closer to the open black door we peek in to see Anx asleep in his bed. For a moment I was relieved before the shadow creature came into view and sat on the edge of the bed. To my surprise he began to run his shadow-like hands through Virgil's hair. The shadows swirled around the creature until he started to turn into less of a shadow and more of a tangible being. He looked like us but he had on a black dress shirt and black pants with a red bow tie and suspenders. He looked straight at us as we peeked through the door. His red eyes slowly turned brown and he gave a smirk before getting off the bed and walking towards us. He came into the hall and closed the door behind him. I looked at him straight in the eyes.

"Who are you and why were you in Virgil's room?" Roman asked protectively, stepping slightly in front of me. The new guy smiles and holds out a hand.

"Hey I'm Andy and I'm Thomas's anger," Roman didn't look convinced, but shook his hand anyway, "and I was just checking on your friend. He hasn't been doing too well today."
