"Kacchan! It's okay!" Deku yells, trying to hold his friend back as he growled at the old woman. "It's how her quirk works! It's okay! Calm down!" Deku wrapped his arms around his friend's chest, pulling him back as hard as he could. Deku's cheek pressed against the blonds back, muffling his words, "Shesh's oshkay!" Katsuki didn't stop trying to grab Recovery Girl, unbelieving of Deku's words.
"She passed out right when that witch touched her! How is she okay!? What fucking sense does that make?!" He yells, attempting prying Deku's hands off of his abdomen.
"Sit down, honey, and I'll explain." Recovery Girl says calmly walking towards Katsuki. Growling, he successfully swatted Deku's hands away and sat down, crossing his legs. "See, my quirk heals people," Katsuki gives her a 'who woulda guessed' look. SIghing, Recovery Girl continues, "And to heal, people have to use...." she trails off, waiting for Katsuki to get the idea and finish it.
Katsuki obviously didn't get it, cause he was leaning in, ready to shout in the woman's face to continue. "Kacchan, its energy, people need energy to heal, calm down." Deku fills in. Katsuki goes stiff in realization, he raises his eyebrows and lets out a soft 'Oh..'
"Yes, she should be awake soon, it's only stitches, so it shouldn't take long." Recovery Girl smiles, turning to leave, "Well, I hope your friend gets better, I trust you two boys, to take care of her from here on out."
When the door shuts, the two boys look at each other. Deku giggles and sits down in the other chair beside Katsuki. "The shit you laughin' for, dumbass?" he asks, clenching and unclenching his hands in annoyance.
Deku sighs, and shakes his head, "Nothing, Kacchan, it's just..." He trails off as if changing his mind about speaking.
Katsuki hates it when people do this, they act like their going to say something, but they change their mind and just break the sentence off. "It's just what, stupid? Ready to confess your undying fucking gay ass love to me? Well, guess what? I'm fuckin straight, so get over it." He teases, elbowing Deku lightly in the shoulder.
Shoving him back, Deku sighs again, "Of course not, stupid. It's..." He trails off again, earning a smack on the shoulder. "..You, uh, you like her too, don't you?" Deku looks at Katuski with a pathetic smile on his face.
'Well..theirs no point in lying.' He thinks. "..Yeah" Katsuli answers, spreading out his legs in the chair and sliding down in it. Looking down at his hands, Katsuki sighs, "Now what?"
"Now what, what?" A groggy voice says from the hospital bed.
Deku jumps and starts frantically waving his hands, "Ah! Hah! Hah! Nuh- nothing! Hah! Nothing at all just...just talking about," Glancing at Katuski for help, the other just shrugs, "Uhh..P-politics?" He finishes.
She obviously didnt believe him, and raised an eyebrow tiredly, "You both know I don't believe you, right?" She asks. Both boys nod, "You guys are so lucky I'm tired. I'd be all over your asses right now if I didn't feel half dead."
Letting out a little laugh, Katsuki stands and walks over to the bedside. (Y/N) looks up at him, "Gonna laugh?" she asks him. Katsuki shakes his head. "Tch, alright," She groan and sits up, "I feel pretty great, minus the tiredness and how much this tube itches. My chest doesn't even hurt." Deku nods and walks over as well. "Can one of you like, raise the bed or something, I need something to lean back on." Nodding, Deku bends down and pushes a button on the bottom of the bed, raising the front end.
"Thanks." (Y/N) mutters, laying comfortably back on the bed. "Jesus, that woman's quirk works wonders, I think it even dissolved the stitches when it healed." (Y/N) pulls down her gown, glancing at her bare chest.
