Steve shivers cold.

James takes his coat off and hands it to him, Steve refuses and tries to give it back but James won't let him. "Steve.. please." James looks kinda begging.

Steve sighs and eventually gives in.

James lays it onto him like a blanket.

Steve lays down, feeling dizzy caused by his head injuries.

"Steve...? Are you okay?" James asks, noticing him laying down slowly and woozy.

"I just need to lay down..." Steve says.

"I'll take you home when I figured out how to do that...." James says.

"But you kicked me out..." Steve says.

"I told you to leave... not kicked out... and it was a mistake.." James feels guilty, blaming himself for what happened to Steve.

"But.." Steve starts.

"But nothing. I take you home." James says.

Steve accepts it, silent, he doesn't dare fighting anything.

James tugs him better in under the coat. "I'll be back. I need to get something to take you home." James says about to stand up.

"I can walk." Steve says.

"I noticed you got something with your leg.. so.. no." James responds a little snappy.

Steve curls up a little and hides his head, kinda scared for James.

"Hey..." James starts noticing the fear.

Steve shakes his head a little.

James kneels down and looks at him. stroking his cheek. Steve groans in pain which makes James stop. "Hey... Stevey..." James tries carefully.

Steve remains silent.

"I take back my words. Come home, walking." James says.

Steve remains silent.

"Steve...?" James asks, worrying his buddy just died in front of him.

"You don't want me home." Steve mutters.

"Not true, I miss you." James says, gentle but honest.

Steve slowly crawls up, making painful noises by every single little movement but eventually standing.

James picks up the coat from the ground and wraps it around Steve's shoulders.

Steve puts an arm on James' shoulder to keep balance, he's still quite woozy.

James looks at him concerned.

"It's okay." Steve says and limps forward.

James walks beside, following the slow movement, keeping Steve up as he is about to sink down or crash from pain.
