I don't understand

Before this chapter starts I Ariana want to give a shout out to GirlOnInternet and victorciudaddy because Virginia thank you for helping with this story and basically Victor you are in this so I guess I have to give you a shout out for that, anyway back to the chapter

Victor and Tim were still running around screaming but soon calmed down "where'd it go" Victor asked, panting for breath "I don't know but I think that we're ok now" Tim replied "it's now kind of dark, I think we should go home" Victor said "yeah good plan" Tim jokes. Victor and Tim walk home, since Victor's house was farther away Tim's house was closer so Tim got home first.

Tim was getting ready for school, as he went downstairs for breakfast his mom wasn't there, only a note on the counter

Dear Timothy,
I have to go somewhere for a little bit
I'll be back at 7:30pm
theirs food in the fridge be safe have a good day

Mom

Tim just went out the door because he knew that he could have breakfast at school. He got on bus and as usual he sat in the back, except Victor was in the front. The bus stopped by a new area to pick up another kid? The kid came on the bus, he had curly hair. He sat next to Victor and for some apparent reason Tim was a little jealous. But Tim is suppose to worry about his friends not feel jealous......right?

Its about to be first period and he see's Victor and that other kid talking. (Ring da ling) Tim walks to class and sits in his seat "Alright class! We have a new student, why don't you introduce yourself" The new student got up from his seat in the back and went to the front of the class. "Hello, uhm..my name is Allan I speak Spanish and I like video games and yeah" he ended awkwardly "Well it seems we need a new seating chart, but for now Allan you can sit next to....hmm how about Virginia and Ariana can sit back at your old table and Tim can have his own table and you can sit next to Victor" "ok" said Allan. Tim's eye twitched "Ms. Autry can I sit next to Victor" "sorry Tim but like I said you two get in to trouble" Why is Tim upset about this, he doesn't understand "I'll see you at lunch Tim ok" Victor whispered while Tim was walking passed him "promise?" "promise" "ok than see you at lunch"

Tim was waiting tapping on the table being bored. He was tired of waiting so then he looked up from his lunch and saw Victor was sitting with Allan. Tim walked to the table upset "What happen to 'I'll see you at lunch' " Tim said angrily "Tim look I'm sorry" "You promised" Virginia walked over to the tense table oblivious to the situation"Hey guys look at this" Virginia said as Ariana played the video of them in the park "I'm not in the mood for this" Tim said gritting his teeth and leaving the Cafeteria upset "What's wrong with him?" Ariana asked "I think it's because I didn't eat with him" "I hope he's ok" Allan said a little devilish "oooooh I think I know what happened" Virginia said "What" Victor ask curiously "it's because he thinks your replacing him with Allan?" Virginia answered "Really?!? but he knows he's my best friend, why would he be mad about that....."
