With five minutes left in the day Zoe is writing notes and passing them to me in English. No matter how hard I try to pay attention to what is on the board, Zoe keeps distracting me. The last note was asking who I liked. She thinks I like someone, but I really don’t. There really isn’t anyone in this school I ever had an attraction towards. The note Zoe just slipped on my desk is folded up. I look at her questioning why it is folded, but then just unfold it to see the question.
Do you like in girls ;)
I roll my eyes and chuck it back at her hitting her on the side of her face. I don’t like girls. The only girl I talk to is Zoe.
T

he bell rings and we all gather our things and head for the door. Zoe walks with me for a bit until we run into Andrew.
“Well I would love to walk home with you Bella, but I gotta rest a bit before the game.” Zoe explains.

“It’s chill.”
“I would walk home, but my house is on the other side of town.” Andrew says.

“Its chill. I could use some alone time.”

“You sure?” Andrew questions.
I smile softly. “I’m sure.”
We say our good byes and as they walk to the bus loop I head for the front door and start walking home.
It’s been five minutes and I can’t help, but feel as if I am being watched or followed. I frequently keep checking behind me to only see no one. I’m starting to get a little freaked out. It could be the fact that I am walking home alone, but I don’t know.
I keep walking and pull out my phone and start checking Instagram. As I scroll through my feed I get a text from some unknown number.
-Hello
Hey?-
I keep walking and start to feel unease.
-How are you?
Good? Why you ask?-
I wait for a response.
-You walk slow you know.
I freeze. I look behind me to see no one. I pick up my pase.
-Don’t be afraid.
-You shouldn’t walk so fast
-You could trip
-Or get hit
What?-
All of sudden something comes across the back of my head and everything blacks out.
