Dallyboy still got each other

time for a wedding, greaser style

Pony couldn't wait to show his brothers and their friends his engagement ring. Dal and pony drove back to town with their arms around each other. Before going to pony's house however, they decided to make one stop  by the cemetary. They wanted johnny, and pony's parents to be the first to know, even though they were all dead.

After an hour, they left the grave yard and headed over to pony's. They walked inside with dals arms around pony. Pony had his ring hand on dals chest. "What is that" two-bit, surprisingly was the first to notice the ring. All the boys came up to them. "Is that what i think it is?" Soda asked his younger brother "yep, me and dal are gettin married" pony couldn't contain his excitement.

"Congratulations, welcome to the family, i never thought i'd see the day" they all responded. Two-bit grabbed them all a beer each. "To the happy couple" he shouted. They all raised their beers, and copied two-bit. "Hey dal, did ya show im" soda was asking dallas about the house. "Yeah and then i proposed" dal smiled as he spoke. He couldn't wait for his fiance to be his forever.

They had decided they wanted to get married in the next three months. Before pony went off to college. With the help of the boys they new anything was possible. "We just want a small ceremony with you guys and maybe buck". Pony and dal told the boys.

One month before the big day, pony asked soda to go shopping with him. He wanted to pick out the perfect ring for dallas. While they were out shopping, steve asked dallas to have lunch with him. "Dal, how did you do it?" He asked "do what steve?" "You know, propose". Was steve trying to say something? "Why you thinkin about asking sodapop?" Dal questioned and smirked.

"I been thinkin about it" Steve answered. "Well first off it shouldn't be somethin you have to think about. Take me and pony for example, him not bein with me right now drives me crazy, you gotta ask yourself how you feel when your with soda, and how it makes you feel when he's not around you". This made steve think again. Dal had given some great advice.

"Oh and to answer your question, i took pony to our favourite spot and got down on one knee" dal smiled from the memory as he spoke. There was one place steve and soda would go to get some alone time. As he started to daydream, a big smile became pressent on his face.

"You know what dal?" Steve finally spoke again. "?Whats up buddy?" Dal  asked. "I think i might be in love with soda" steve smiled again. "Um shouldn't you be tellin him that?". Both dal and steve couldn't wait for their lovers to get back from shopping.

After what seemed like forever, soda and pony finally arrived home. Dal couldn't keep his hands off ponyboy. They went straight to the bedroom. "I should go off more often if this is what i get to come home to" pony chuckled grabbing dals shirt. Dallas kissed him as they got more intimate with each other. It was a good thing the door had a lock on it.

Meanwhile, in the living room steve and soda were cuddling on  the couch. "Soda, theres somethin i need to tell ya" "ok" soda started to get a bit nervous, uncertain of what steve was about to say. "The thing is, we been together for some time, and you know how hard it is for me to say how i really feel" steve continued. "Sodapop patrick curtis, i am so in love with you" soda started to cry. He kissed steve "i love you so much stevie".

Dallas and pony came out of the bedroom a little while later. "Hey we should all go do somethin tonight" dal suggested. They all agreed. They even asked two-bit and darry if they wanted to do somethin like old times.

Dal and pony's wedding day was quickly approaching. They had gotten new jeans and shirts (remember its a greaser wedding) wedding rings, and a venue. Buck said they could have it at his place. All they needed was for the big day to arrive.

On the eve of the big day, pony asked dal if he wouldn't mind if he spent his last night before their wedding with his brothers. Dal was ok by this. He new he had the rest of their lives to spend together. Steve and two-bit decided to keep dallas company that night.

Darry, soda and pony went to visit their parents and johnny. After  that they headed to the park and just goofed around like old times.
Later that night, pony asked both his brothers to sleep with him one last time. They were more than happy too.

Darry and soda had woken up before their little brother, and had made him eggs and chocloate cake for breakfast. Dal showed up with steve and two-bit. Pony quickly ran to the bathroom out of dal's site. He wanted to keep some traditions for their big day, including not seeing each other til it was time.

Finally it was time. Dallas was standing at the ulter with steve and two-bit by his side. Sodapop was on the other side. He was the best man. They all watched as pony walked down the isle with his oldest brother darry. The song can't help falling in love by elvis was playing on bucks jukebox.

When dallas looked at pony, his eyes began to tear up. He couldn't believe that this man, walking toward him was about to be his forever. Pony smiled when he looked at dal. He was so happy. He just wished his parents and johnny could have been there.

Darry whispered something in pony's ear before they reached dallas. "Pony, i just want you to know, that soda and i am so proud of you. We love you so much. And i bet mum, dad and johnny are all smiling down on you right now". Pony kissed darry's cheek. "Thank you, i love you guys both so much".

Darry handed pony over to dallas. They said their  vowels, and their i do's. They each placed a ring on the others fingers. They were finally announced as mr and mr curtis-winston (They wanted to share both of their names).  They kissed each other with so much love and passion. Everyone hugged them and congradulated the happy couple.
