Being hypocritical is something most human beings do. Big or small, being hypocritical doesn't always mean it was a big deal.
For example, say you scoff at someone for not helping another being bullied. You pretend to have the moral high ground, knowing you would have just watched as well.
We like to think of ourselves as the hero in any situation, but we are unsure unless put in that specific situation and given time to prepare. In most cases, we're pushed into situations and only given our fight or flight response to rely on.
Simply put, don't be ashamed to be hypocritical. Admit to being hypocritical, embrace it. If you're a person who says, "I don't care what others think." You know you're lying. Say it and be hypocritically proud.(This isn't meant to be persuasive in anyway, shape, or form. Just covering my ass incase someone decides to rant about this.)
