Mike's pov

As I await for Joyce to come back into the living room with Lucas, me and Dustin looked around the house. Nothing much has Changed. I bite my lip as worry spreads across my mind. El and Y/N. I hope they're safe. I hope hopper took care of Y/N in a good way. I hope she's okay and in a better place. Somewhere like a home, With a family and a dog.

"Okay. Will is in his room with a fan on him. Now, tell me all that happened at your house sweetie." Joyce says and sits next to me. Lucas and Dustin get comfortable on the couch and listen as I explain.

"Well... we met another girl like eleven. She was like. Well. She's just kind and pretty. Anyways, she has powers. Hopper said he took her away to a place. Somewhere Hawkins lab can't find her. I think that's where El is. Anyways, the Hawkins lab people came to my house today. Maybe they were looking for Y/N. Or 005." She nods and continued to listen.

Y/N's POV

I sit on my bed and play with my sheets. I could hear Jane and hopper whispering.

"She's like me. Why can't she be apart too?" Jane asked.

"I just.. What if something happens?! Then there's two of you I would have to take awareness in."

"No, she's staying here anyways. Why can't she just be my family too?"

"Fine. But I can't get it official tonight. Maybe not even next week. You're not even officially my daughter yet either. But from now on, we're all family. And we're not stupid. Remember that." I heard hopper tell Jane. My eyes go wide and I run out of my room. Never have I ever had a actual family to call mine. Never have I had a real dad or Mom. No siblings, just a lab full of people. Hopper smirked at me as I stood in the hallway. I run up to him and hug him tightly.

"Thank you. I've never had a real family before." I smiled into his shoulder. I heard him chuckle.

"Yes, now. Finish your dinner. Then dessert!" Hopper looks at Jane on his last sentence. We all eat in comfortable silence. I was excited though. I finally have a family of my own. Like a dad and a sister. Do I have a Mom? I'll ask. Maybe not.. Yeah now.

"Hopper, do I have a mother?" I ask. His face became a little red and looked down to his plate of food.

"Umm Well. No." He responded blankly. I nod and continued eating. After about ten more minutes hopper finally stood up and opened the freezer. He got out two waffles and put them in this... thing. He pushed down a lever and it stayed down. I walk over and look into the device.
The waffles were inside. There was a orange light on them coming from the side. I put my hand above it and feel heat.
I reach down lower but hopper grabs my wrist. I jump back and fall to the ground.

"Oh, are you alright?" He asked. I nod and fast walk to my own room. I don't like when people grab me. It takes me back to the lab, When they would push me into rooms, Force me to do projects I didn't wanna do.
I lay in my bed and just lay there. My eyes were open as I laid down. I wasn't tired I just wanted to relax. All of a sudden Jane comes into my room with two plates. A waffle awaits on both of them.

"Dessert. Eggo's." She smiled and sat next to me. I take a plate and sit up. I thank her and start to eat the waffle. Jane was smiling the whole time. I see why Mike and the rest were such good friends with her.
"I'm going to bed now. goodnight Y/N." Jane said and left my room with her plate in hand. As i lay awake in my bed I can't help but to hear Mike's voice in my head.
