After too long of her trying to explain to her Dad (who was terrified) why we need to leave and them convincing us to sleep first, Amber, Noah her dad, and I climbed into the car and drove the ten hours to DC. Her mom stayed. Amber and Noah decided it wasn't safe for the pregnant woman to come. On the way, we were forced to go into detail about what happened. That was fun to explain to him.

That night we made it to where we were going to meet up with Red and the pack. It was at a restaurant near where they were staying. We walked inside and Amber went up to the hostess. I couldn't hear what she said but soon the woman was guiding us to our table.
"Willow." Her hair was a bit darker and she looked tired but she was still Willow. I ran over to her and hugged her. After a moment of hesitation, which I understand, she hugged me back.
"Hey, Matty." I heard her in my ear.
"I am so sorry. I am so so sorry. To all of you." I pulled back and noticed Apollo glaring at me. "I... I have been through a lot, and I know that's no excuse for what I did to you but I am working really hard at getting better. I want to help you."
"Well I don't know about the others," Lucy started, "But I am glad you are home."
"Me too," Red added hugging Amber.
"Same here," Thomas said.
"Alright, alright we are all back together, yay," Apollo stated sarcastically. "Now how are we going to for once and all kill this guy?"
"Um..." I look over at the young man that was hovering next to Willow.
"Oh that's Jake," Apollo told me.
"We meet again Jake." I jokingly tell him.
"Nice to see you too not so little man." he smiles. "Now that it's just us...what did you call it Red?"
"Shifters."
"Just us shifters, I can tell you the plan," Jake explained to us what was going to happen.
