I woke up the next morning alone wrapped up in his blanket, that honestly smelled so good, it almost made me forgive him. I wasn't naked, infact I had all my clothes on, but I had no idea where my phone was. I looked around and spotted it a few feet away. I picked it up and luckily enough, it wasn't dead yet, and, mom was still at work. I saw I had I text from a number not saved in my phone.

-"hey, sorry I left. My parents would've freaked if they noticed I wasn't home.

Oh sorry, this is Oliver

Oh and you can just leave the blanket I'll come and get it later."

I sent back, -"1,its cool. 2, I figured lol. 3, I'm taking it with me and you'll probably never see it again."

I wrapped the blanket on me and got up and walked home. Once I was in my bedroom and fell onto my bed and fell back asleep with a smile on my face.

The next day I woke up extra early for school so that I could get ready and actually look like a decent human being. Yesterday after mom got home and I officially woke up, I just watched movies all day.

And now as I sit in my car, in the Liberty High School student parking lot trying to tame the butterflies in my stomach, all I can do is hope for the best. But I really don't know what that is to be honest.

I finally got out of my car and walked up the steps, and through the door and to my locker. I have the inconvenience of having History first hour, which Oliver has as well. I'm feeling really nervous, like to the point of actually wanting to throw up.

To my dismay the bell rings and I have to get to class, but I take my time. I get there right before the second bell rings and Oliver isn't here, and I literally let out a sigh of relief, he's not here today.

"Buenas Dias, chicas y chicos." Mr. Finn says in his horribly white accent.  "Today seems like a good day to start on the start of the civil war. So open your books to-" he says getting cut off by the door opening, instinctively I turned my head to see Oliver and Dakota, his ex girlfriend walk in.

I feel my heart start beating wildly in my chest. My mind wondering to the worst possible thought, they're back together? Is it bad timing, a coincidence? Was I played? He just seemed really genuine.

"Ah, Mr. Peirce, Ms. Wallace. Take a seat. Everyone open your books to page 248. Read all of section 1 and 2, then do the section reviews. Turn it in when you're done." He said as Oliver and Dakota went to their usual seats.

The clocked ticked by, and everyone was basically done with the assignment, but I hadn't even read the first paragraph, all I could think about was how close they seemed to be, they had finished a few minutes ago and she had turned around and started talking to him, and he was all smiles and so was she. I could feel my heart sink. Literally.

I sat down with a sigh. Another lunch with fake people. This day is literal crap.

"What's up girlie?" Savannah, one of the nicer girls in the group, asked once she noticed my presence.

"Oh, nothing." I say eating a French fry. "I'm fine." I say once I see her look.

"What'd you do this weekend?" She asked, making conversation.

"Not a lot. Mostly just watched movies. What about you?" I ask, trying to be nice.

"Oh, pretty much the same, me and Dalton went to a movie Saturday night, which was pretty good." Thats a lie. She was in the girls night picture.
