{Location: New Ninjago City/A Borge Tech store}(Jay's POV)

I take a deep breath in. I love shopping at tech stores. And I pretty much drag Morro in after me. I get a little giddy at looking at the new X Borge phone, "Welcome to one of the best wonders in Ninjago."

I turn to see Morro looks rather unimpressed. He shrugs his shoulders, "It's all right."

"All right?"  I almost scream. But the last thing I need today is a fan attack, "Dude this is like paradise."

Morro stills looks unimpressed as the back door opens, "It's still a store. And why do we even need to be here again?"

I hold up the latest and greatest cell tech, "Because you need a phone."

"I really don't. I've survived a long time without one and-"

I huff as I press a button, "Yeah but that was like a hundrad years ago."

"It was only forty. The cell phone era is pretty new-"

"Whatever," I am almost jealous. I've been needing a new phone myself but Sensei insisted on helping Morro come into the 21st century, "But the basic idea of a phone has to some good points."

Morro rolls his eyes a little as people start whispering, "I guess. Let's just get out of here. I think I'm still unliked."

I shake my head as I show him an entire wall of new phones, "The phone shopping experience isn't one that is quick. You must take your time, even with a wise and helpful guild, young student."

Morro frowns as I nearly let out bolts of electricity, "I'm 3 years older than you."

I huff again as I grab the closest smartphone, "You still need help. Now, what are you looking for?"

Morro the reaches into a bin and pulls out a cracked phone, "This will do."

I put my hand over my heart dramatically, "No way. Not that piece of junk."

"I don't need much to live with, Jay. I'm entirely fine with something whether it's top of the line or the best I can do."

I swipe the phone out of his hand and toss it back in, "Well, I'm not fine with it. Now come here."  I drag him over then diving into how each phone is different as Morro pulls up his grey hood from his hoodie.

Then I spot Cyrus as he rolls over to us,  "Ya got all that?"

Cyrus stops and almost runs over my foot, "Hello Jay. What a pleasure it is to have you in my store."

I sling my arm around Morro, "Hey Cyrus. Cyrus Borge meet Morro. Morro, meet the greatest tech genius of our time."

Morro pushes me off and gives a little wave, "Hi."

Cyrus rubs his chin as I get the feeling someone else I know is here, "Ah yes. The same Morro who possessed Lloyd?"

Morro nods sheepishly.

Cyrus chuckles, "It's not a normal thing for me to meet an old foe of the Ninja is such a peaceful way."  Then his face turns serious, "You also owe me 5 million dollars for destroying the tech I gave the Ninja."

Morro blows some hair out of his face, "Oh.....I have no money. Like at all. Do you take I.O.U.s?"

I look up as a stranger in a brown hood puts his hand on the fire alarm, "Morro's cool now. He's chilling with us while we try and take down Jezzie. Ya know the crazy lady that appeared with flying monsters."

Cyrus nods as the stranger pulls the alarm.  "I see. Well, I am working on a few new toys. Hopefully, they'll be done in time."

The alarm screeches loudly as people run out of the store. Cycus and I try putting as much tech as we can under the tables as Morro covers his head. I wince at seeing several laptops start sparking, "Where's the fire?"

Morro holds his hands out and the wind blows the stranger's hood off and closes the blinds, "No fire."  Then his mouth drops at the stranger as I come out from under the table, "Ronin?"

I stand up as Cyrus tries disabling the fire alarm, "What are you doing here?"

Ronin pulls on his red straw hat as he grabs armfuls of tech, "Well. A lot of high dollar cheapos like Borge tech. I'm just retaling."

Morro lets the wind stop as I spin into my ninja outfit, "You mean you're stealing then selling a lower rate."

Ronin grabs a few laptops that were safe from the sprinklers, "Right on the money windbag. Speaking of which, why aren't you all mostly-ghostly right now?"

I pull out my nunchucks as Morro spins into his gi, "That's a long story. But we won't let you swipe this tech."

Ronin pulls out an aero-blade and throws it at us, "And I need a quick buck. So what will win out?"

Morro pulls on her grey ninja hood as the sprinklers stop spraying in here, "Well, it's two on one."

Ronin sets down his collection near the front, he cracks his knuckles and readies his mouth to whistle, "Are you sure?"  He takes in a deep breath.

Then Morro cups his hands and the wind picks up Ronin. Then one hand move left and Ronin slams against the wall then fall to the floor with his hat slowly falling down to him.

I look back and forth as Cyrus rolls over to make sure Ronin isn't dead, "What didn't you do that sooner?"

Morro pulls his hood up, "One, the place was full of people. Two, he didn't do anything else. And do I need a third reason?"

I tuck my weapon away as Cyrus gives us a thumbs up, "Well, next time pull the move with real bad guys. Not shoplifters."

Morro nods as we walk over. Ronin is knocked out cold. Morro moans, "I didn't kill by accident, did I?"

Cyrus shakes his head, "No. But I have a feeling he won't recall this encounter."  Cyrus sits up and rolls over to the back room. He comes back with a brand spanking new phone that I know is just covered by the best network, "Here. As a thank you.

Morro takes the phone, "Thanks. One question, how do I get it out of here?"

Cyrus hums then snap his fingers, "I think Jay would be eager to help you set it up. But before you two do, can you take Ronin home?"

I nod as little sparks buzz off of me, "Sure. Any idea where that is?"

Cyrus presses a few buttons and tiny robots come and help clean up, "I have no idea. Stixxs is practically a wasteland."

Morro puts the phone inside his gi and picks up Ronin by his shoulders, "Well mabey we can drop him off at a bar or something. I get the feeling he hangs out by those sort of places a lot."

I pick up Ronin's ankles as we take the back way out of here.  "I would say that we should take him home but I really just want to play on that phone now."

Morro pushes the door open with his back and R.E.X. is sitting here, "Or we could just put him here."

I half-heartedly toss in Ronin's feet as Morro places him down more gently, "Works for me."  I find a roof accuses the climb up, "Now. If you thought the art of finding a phone was long, just you wait until I teach you the arts of Spotify and youtube."

Morro sighs as he follows me up, "Shouldn't we be training to fight Jezzie or her minions again? DO we have time for phones?"

I form my energy dragon, "When it's important. You make the time."  He and I flap off as the police just now show up.
