Jenny's POV
May and Blake walked in the door from school.

J:So, how was your day?
M:Mine was awesome! I have all of my classes with Kate and Logan. My best friends!
J:Awesome! How about you blake?
B:Mine was great to. I meet so many new people.
J:I'm happy to hear that.
M:And, we had a race today in gym. And I won first place!
J:Amazing honey!
M:Oh! Mom, my gym teacher wants me to join the track team. I have the papers you need to sign.
J:If you want to join, I'll let you.
M:Yes! Thank you mom!

Mays POV
I gave kate and Logan my phone number so we could text. I went upstairs to my room and started to text them.

M:Hey guys!
K:Hi
L:Hey
K:What's up may?
M:I just wanted to talk to someone
L:Where's blake?
M:He's just been really weird lately
K:Oh
L:Hey may

I walked out on my front porch and saw Logan on the porch across from my house. Kate was at the house next to him.

M:No way!

M:I can't believe we live right by eachother.

M:Well, this is great but, I gotta go. Homework

M:Okay

I went inside to do my homework. Once I finished. I had to go eat dinner. I sat next to dad and blake.

J:Here's your papers for track may.
M:Thanks mom!
O:What papers?
J:May is signing up for track
O:That's great!
J:Blake? You okay?
B:Huh? Oh, yeah I'm just tired.

A few hours later we had to go to bed. I went to sleep instantly.

No! No! NO! Stop daddy! Don't shoot her! Boom!  NO! DADDY! Run sis! I started darting out the door. Blake?! Blake?!? BLAKE?!? I didn't see him anywhere. No no no! Blake can't be gone to! It's fine may. Just run. Dont look back. What about Logan and kate? No. Don't think. Just run. I ran all the way to mrs. Ligons orphanage. A few months later i heard the door downstairs burst open. MAY?!? MAY?!? I ran downstairs. Blake?! I hugged him. Then the door burst open again. DADDY?!?! Boom! Boom! May run! Daddy started shooting up the orphange. Everyone escaped. Even daddy. Me and Blake where sent to england. He killed mama. He killed megan. He killed chris. He killed... you. I said as I looked at the sky. The door burst open once more. DADDY NO! BOOM! Daddy shot blake. Then he came over to me. No no no! DADDY NO! BOOM! A bullet went through my chest.

I woke up screaming. Blake, mom, and dad all ran into my room. I told about my nightmare. Dad just hugged me tight. I fell asleep in there arms. The next day I woke up and ate and went to the bus stop with Logan and kate. We talked the whole way to school. At the end of the day, I turned in my track papers. We had practice after school tomorrow. I went home and went up to my room and started texting Kate and Logan again.

L:Heyyyyyy
M:Hi!
K:Hey! Guess who has great news!
M:What?
K:I'm moving I'm a few months!
L:Where?
K:New york.
M:So, your leaving?
K:Yeah
M:What!?
K:I'm sorry may.
M:Forget it.
L:May...
M:What
L:What's wrong?
M:Kate's leaving and I just got her back.
K:I'm sorry may.
M:Well, it wasn't your choice I guess.
K:Actually, it was.
M:What?
K:My mom asked if I wanted to move to America yesterday. She said that if I didn't want to, we were gonna stay.
M:And you said yes?!?!
K:Yea...
M:Kate, you and Logan are my only friends!
L:I'm not going anywhere.
M:Not yet.
K:may. I'm so sorry.
M:Just forget it.

I was really sad Kate was moving. I just got her back. I had to go downtairs for dinner. I sat at the table quietly.

J:What's wrong may?
M:Kate is moving.
O:I'm sorry to hear that.
M:Me too

There was a knock at the door. Dad got up to answer it. "Can I help you?" I walked to the door and the person I saw made me go stiff. "D-D-Daddy?!" I managed to choke out. I closed my eyes and saw something. I saw daddy putting I knife through oli's chest. I opened my eyes. Daddy reached his hand in his back pocket. "Dad look out!" I screamed, pushing Oli out of the way. Oli dodged the knife. Instead, the knife went through me. Daddy ran off. Mom and Blake rushed to my side. Dad called and ambulance. I was at the hospital bleeding out.

Jenny's POV
That guy tried to stab oli but may pushed Oli out of the way. The knife went through her chest. Oli called an ambulance. We were in the waiting room. After a few hours, we got to see may.

J:May?! Oh thank God your okay!
M:I'm fine mom.
O:Why did you do that may?
M:He was gonna hurt you.
J:Who was that man?
B:That's our real dad. He killed my mom, sister, and brother.
M:That's what I dreamt about two nights ago.
J:I'm so sorry you had to go through that.
M:I'm safe now.
B:Can you move?
M:Only a little
J:The doctor said you can't go to school for a few weeks.
M:Okay.
B:It'll get better, I promise.

Mays POV
Soon, mom, dad, and Blake left. I fell asleep. The next day I got a text from Kate and Logan.

L:Were are you may?!
M:I'm at the hospital
K:Why?! What happened?!
M:I got stabbed
L:By who?! I'm ready to kill someone.
M:My dad.
K:Oli?!
M:No, my real dad
L:Terry?!
M:Yeah
L:What hospital?! Were coming to see you!
M:The one on elm street.
K:Were coming!

They came I  my hospital room.

K:Oh my God! Are you okay!?!
M:I'm fine
L:Thank god!
K:How did Terry find you!?
M:I don't know. But I'm scared.
L:Don't be. We're right here with you.
K:This might not be the best time, but, I have bad knews.
M:What?
K:Moving day got moved to next week.
M:What?
L:Its gonna be okay.
M:No it's not! You guys are my only friends!
L:Not true.
M:What do you mean?
L:Come In guys!
I saw the whole track team come through the door.
(C:Chloe, the track team captain)
C:Were here for you too.
M:But I'm not even part of the team yet.
C:Yes you are.
Chloe handed me a uniform jersey with my name and the number 8 on it.
M:I love it. Thank you.
C:Coach said that as soon as you heal, your welcome on the team.
M:Thank you chloe.
C:No problem. If you ever need anything, just know were here for you. We have to go to practice.
M:Bye
Then, the team left.
L:Plus, you'll always have me.
M:Your right. Thank you logan.
Kate then had to leave to pack her stuff.
L:I hope you get better soon.

L:I really missed you, may.
M:I missed you to Logan
L:When you told me about what happened in America, I thought you would never come out of the orphanage

Even though Kate was leaving, I still had logan. Logan's a great friend.
